I wouldn’t stay there again because they don’t offer you breakfast. You have to pay for your breakfast $22 parking is $22 and I’m an employee of Newark airport and I still have to pay and I got bit by something on my leg. I’m never ever staying back there again

Terrible desk clerk.
The front desk staff individual was awful and does not belong in customer service. I had an issue with my room not being the correct room I booked. I booked a room with two queen beds. The room was twin beds so I returned to the desk to let her know. She argued with me back and forth, saying they are queen and I am wrong and do not know what a queen bed looked like. I repeatedly asked her to come herself and look at the beds but instead she booked me in another room saying “these are going to be the same and you’ll see that the other is queen too”.
Luckily, the new room did in fact have queen and I am not crazy. I returned to the desk to tell her this and again begged her to come look at the room for herself. Finally she did. Her reaction to the first room “ these look smaller than queens” (exactly what I originally said). Her reaction to the second room “these actually look bigger than queens”.
I was floored?! Instead of admitting she was wrong she said these are not queens either to avoid blame? Like the hotel created a brand new bed size. I told her all I wanted was an apology and she kept saying the computer says this and she has to wait to hear what her manager says.
All I wanted was an apology for her telling me I was wrong and putting me through this and she never did.
Horrible and shameful. Could have easily been avoided if not for her her ego.
