Roach infested.

We walked into the room as soon as we turned on the light there was roaches climbing out the walls. they weren’t scared they just kept doing what they were doing. Very disgusting.

Very Dirty

This hotel is absolutely filthy and is in disrepair. It’s infested with cockroaches and other bugs. I absolutely do not recommend staying here for any reason.

The staff was unacceptable; from calling for the check-in time to asking for a washcloth. The Room: The bathroom: No toilet paper holder; toilet paper in the wall was half green colored with brown color and signs of it recently being wet; paper was rippled at bottom. The bathtub had a ring around it and the drain was corroded and rusted with no plug. The sink in the bathroom sounded like someone blowing their nose when the water was turned on. The bed: extremely small pillows, about the size you would find on a couch. There were two bed sheets on the bed with no comforter or blanket; searched the room and no extra bedding was found. Throughout the room: Paint severely chipped at the base of the walls and dirty. Refrigerator was missing a leg at the bottom and falling out of the cabinet. Light switch near bed did not work. Entry Door: Every entry door on the first floor looked the same, doors did not fit the frame. You could see the lights through the doors. We did not feel comfortable/secure in our room.

Keep scrolling

We check in and went to walk in the room it smelled like a wet dog. Then looked at bathroom it had blood on walls, mold on ceilings, cigarette burns in tub. The room chair was tore all over, sheets were put on inside out, stains on pillow cases, lamp shade looked like someone peed on it. We turned around went to desk so we are not staying here! The girl called someone they laughed said yea those are the contractor rooms.

Nice clean property and friendly staff, unfortunately they have local dealers and thugs circling the hotel all day and night. They prop all the security doors open constantly. They have cameras everywhere but are letting it happen. Sad

The place needs a total remodel. The floor pieces in our room had huge gaps between them. The shower handle was falling off the wall. There was a big bug in the room. The pillows were lumpy. The whole hotel smelled musty. We got back to our hotel to pack up to check out and someone was in there cleaning two hours before checkout with all of our stuff in there.

Look elsewhere

Not really clean, bathroom door wouldn't close, hair dryer didn't work. Flooring laid with large cracks between individual laminate boards which were full of dirt and grime.

WE WERE LOCKED IN OVERNIGHT!! I was taking luggage to the car just after 6 AM and the exit door from the hall near our room would not open. I banged on it for several minutes before a staff member came and unlocked a chain securing the door. I complained that we would have been trapped in the event of a fire and was told that there were signs saying the doors were locked at night. We had assumed that meant intruders were locked out, not that GUESTS WERE LOCKED IN.

At Best a Three Star Hotel

The hotel is what you’d expect of a Ref Roof Inn: worse for wear, in need of updating, not especially clean, thin walls. The staff was incredibly nice, but this hotel isn’t great.

The gentleman at check in was very kind during the process of getting the rooms. However, thats where it best part ends. The room smelled like stale/moldy, wet dog which is saying a lot considering I have two dogs. This room had so much fur and dust bunnies all over no one was comfortable walking around barefoot. There were no wash cloths with the towels in the bathroom and the sink faucet was not secure. The sheets were very stiff and had the texture of sandpaper. Overall, the stay served its purpose which was to provide safe, quiet enclosure for the duration of the stay. The other room smelled like stale, moist cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. This room, 231, was much cleaner then the other room we occupied.

The first room I was given, the beds were not made up and looked like someone was already staying there. The second room had stains on the walls and floors and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time. Trash on bathroom floors, and no toilet paper holder in site. Room smelt old and musky and most of the bulbs were broken. Party guests stayed up to 2:00 am in next door room, even after we notified the front desk. This room needs a great deal of improvement in order to make it to a 2 Star. Not a good experience.
