TV was broken up on arrival and I was blamed and lost deposit over the last guests shenanigans and the rude joke of front desk clerk was absolutely out of line from the moment he spoke again after checking in for my reservation... Immediately asked me not to clean up my dogs poo with the hotel white towels.... Not that my pup isn't trained or anything gave him the impression to expect that but it was more of a fear of his because clearly he is traumatized from such an event. There were other weird remarks and lightly spoken rude remarks spoken with smiles and eye contact... Like I couldn't hear what we was actually saying being the glass wall we had in-between us during check in... Which was ridiculous... The closet sized hot and muggy foyer is where he makes you check in, and does not allow guests into the lobby.... Honestly the worst hotel experience I've had ever. Rooms were loud and busy with in and outs as I walked up after checking in and it was late at night. Then the morning was interrupted by not 1 but 2 screaming and raging domestic disturbances. Not even the same couples. Both seemed to include implied violence. With both beds still made and the used bath towels and wash cloths put up on the bathroom counter together, not a personal belonging or piece of trash or dirt or mud or spill or anything to be noted in the room.... , he had the nerve to say I left the room a mess and so I would not get my deposit back... As if it's my obligation to replace housekeeping...
