The Manager Alpesh Choudhry, was and other staff were really professional and friendly, everything was very clean, nice and clean breakfast areas, food was fresh, ready on time. Other guests’ dirty bedding was left in the hallway for days, the floors remained muddy the whole time we were there—not mopped or vacuumed for days, and the whole place is very shabby.

It appears that the owners are not spending anything on staff or maintenance that is not absolutely required. On our second morning, the phones at the front desk rang constantly because there was nobody there to answer them (one person was attempting to cover the desk, do laundry, and keep the breakfast service on track. Our room showed water damage in the bathroom, damage to the wall around the ac/heat unit, and multiple lamps that either didn't work correctly or didn't work at all.

Disappointing Stay

Check in time was 3:00 pm and couldn't get into my room until 3:50. Room wasn't entirely clean. The hallway was dirty....hadn't been vacuumed. Breakfast: Food was barely warm, OJ was concentrate...no water added, hot water for tea was brown, and the water container was empty...bone dry.
