Staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok with a good variety. Location wasn't the best with a highway running behind it so there was a good bit of road noise throughout the night. We were on the 2nd floor and had a heavy footed person staying above us who was a very early riser so that was a little disappointing...I would ask for the 3rd floor (top floor) if in had to stay there again

The hotel staff were professional and courteous in every circumstance. I was disappointed with the basic structural amenities. (This facility does not have a covered area for loading/unloading. We arrived during heavy rain and the absence was very noticeable, disappointing, and showed evidence of poor strategic planning at the corporate level. Wisconsin has more than its fair share of inclement weather.)

I took my 8 year granddaughter to stay at your hotel and she loved it! The pool was the perfect size and appeared clean. The room was clean and comfy, and the breakfast was perfect. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Per my granddaughters request, we will be back.

The hotel was clean, but rooms outdated, pieces of ceiling were falling on me while I slept. The noise in the hotel was loud, but the staff helped with that.

Bro the breakfast was petty mid. I couldn’t find a single edible food item in the whole place. Which is okay. But there wasn’t any actual water available. Just various juices and such. That’s nice but water is essentially for human health. I also had to reset my room keycard twice within 10 hours. I did however very much appreciate the full assortment of dumbbells in the fitness area. 👌

The room was not properly cleaned, had crumbs on sofa, grease on desk, and wasnt vacuumed. Bed was pretty uncomfortable and I usually dont complain about beds. Wallpaper was coming off in several spots throughout the room, crack in the sink, and the bathroom light stopped working, but luckily it's when we were getting ready to check out. Breakfast was said to be 6am-9am, but going down around 8am we were left with no hot food, stale bagels, no cream cheese, and no butter or syrup for waffles. Price wasn't bad but I would not stay here again.

One of the beds had a large brown stain on the sheets that was obviously intentionally hid with the pillows. The staff seemed inconvenienced to bring new sheets and were not apologetic at all. Overall the hotel was fairly clean, breakfast was ok, the pool is very small and no hot tub.

There was a strong room freshener that hit me as soon as I opened the door to my room. I hoped it would diminish through the stay but it did not. Also could smell that same scent in the elevator.

The staff was very helpful in allowing us to check in early. We had a family wedding, came off a 5 hour drive, and they let us check in and be able to get dressed and to the wedding on time! Thank you!
