We were 3 families at front desk registering when it came to my turn the gentleman who was availed one of his friends came in and haded him a ryobi impact the spoke a different language . And the attendant took his coat off and left . I don’t believe it had anything to do with work at the hotel found it a bit rude .

Renovation Lacks Attention to Important Details

While the room appears to be recently renovated there were areas that were neglected. The bathroom fan grill had dirt/dust from what appeared to be years of build up, mold rim around sink drain and corner of tub surround. The stair edge/nosing in the stairway was peeling off creating a trip hazard while walking up the stairs. Very few plug ins for anyone with a laptop or phones as well.

Stop over on way to New Brunswick

We stopped for 1 night on our way to New Brunswick. The hotel was quite good, there was a bar and restaurant right in the lobby which was very convenient. The good was quite good and reasonably priced. Service was good as well. Hotel could use a little polish.

Clean and quiet, Did not require a pet friendly room this time. Coffee maker was broken but quickly replaced with a brand new one. No ice bucket but I’m sure they would have provided had I asked. The staff were great. Could be the difference between a regular room and pet friendly, but I can’t blame them for that. Not sure what area of the city this was in but wonder why there was a suv in the lot with all 4 of the tires flattened.

Très bien comme hôtel!

La chambre était très propre et le lit très confortable. Le personnel était très gentil, rien à dire! J’y retournerais sans problème. Le déjeuner était froid et ordinaire. Le seul hic, est que nous étions prêts de la cage d’escalier et que nous entendions tous les bruits pas possible fait par les autres personnes qui arrivaient… manque de respect! Je demanderais une chambre plus loin la prochaine fois.

Very disatissfied

The TV in our room did not work. When we contacted the front desk, they came to our room to try to help but were unable to. We kept waiting and then went to the front desk to seek help again only to find out that the person who was helping us had gone home. The second person couldn't fix the TV either. We had to ask for a new room. They are so understaffed at the front desk that all of this took 90 minutes to resolve and many trips to the front desk.

Could use some work

There are no grab bars in the shower nor a bathmat inside the tub so it is very slippery. The towel rack was broken off and the toilet paper roll holder was missing. I informed the front desk and they just said, it is on our list. I was charged for a restaurant meal, I never ate at the restaurant.

The hotel was ok. No brochures or information about Sudbury or map available at reception for tourists. The continental breakfast was ok but they had no jam. It was on order.

Not worth the money

We arrived in for a late check in and an early departure at 0800. Without going into our room we went out for supper and returned around ten. Took a quick shower then headed to bed and then when I got up I was going to have a wake up shower but didn't need to as I found bathing items from previous guests on the shower curtain, caulking around the tub that should have been replaced and outside of tub dirty plus the tub mat had a 4 inch hole and the hot water on the sink is on the wrong side. No worries I won't be back.
