Very nearly excellent
This place was very good. I would’ve given it five stars if there was a full length mirror outside of the bathroom so someone could do their hair and makeup while someone else was in the bathroom. There was lots of space, though, and the efficiency kitchen and couch were nice.

Clean, spacious, friendly and comfortable
We had a pleasant and restful stay. We needed a night stay near EWU and pet friendly. Mainstay Suites more than delivered. We found ithe stay very friendly, the room was very spacious, the beds very comfortable and my pup settled into the room very easily. (Normally he’s very hesitant to get comfortable and this time he settled right in.) We travel a lot for sports tournaments and this room made the top 5 for us. The Kitchenette was very handy and our room was very well taken care of and clean. Plenty of pillow options on the beds, and the tiled entry to our room gave us a place to leave our snow covered shoes without leaving wet spots all over the room. Breakfast included the usual hotel bacon and sausage, biscuits and gravy as well as scrambled eggs and waffles, some fruit options, cereal and instant oatmeal. I was disappointed not to find Greek yogurt but there were yogurt options. The coffee was smooth and the evening cookies were the perfect sweet treat. The pool was small and we didn’t have a chance to test the waters but it was well maintained, and the fitness room had good cardio options I will definitely keep this place in mind the next time our travels bring us this way. Although off the highway, our room didn’t have any noise issue (we had an even number on thr third floor).

There’s nothing much around, but it’s close to the highway and not far from Spokane and Cheney. It’s clean, new and quiet, even being as close to the airport and highway as it is.

This property is very tired. The room was dark and not very clean. Thankfully the bed was clean. Once I saw the room I wanted to cancel the reservation, but was told they would charge me $175 to do it. I would never recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel. It’s in a quiet area just on the outskirts of town. The staff are super friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the little kitchenette was much appreciated. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The free breakfast had lots of great options.

My elderly parents stayed one night only. Got there around midnight and left around 10am. When checking in my dad was asked to provide a credit card for accidentals. Then today he was charged $250. I called to ask why and was told because the bathroom door was damage and they had to replaced. I asked what the damage was and was told that someone punched it a few times and since my non violent, elderly, God driven parents were the last ones to be in that room they are getting blamed for it. How is that acceptable. Someone couldn't call first to get the facts before charging? And i was told the general manager is not available until tomorrow. This is unacceptable
