My tv did not work in the room, front desk attempted to help, she stated would call Direct TV. She never came back to tell me a status, didn’t apologize, I was not offered another room or some type of compensation. If it is part of what I’m paying for I should have it. My family and I were not able to just relax and enjoy our stay. In the morning when she asked how everything was I told her terrible my tv didn’t work and the only response I got was as that I was the only one. I will never be staying here or recommending this hotel to anyone.

First let me say that the management did help us out with a refund for our 2nd night and were helpful with regards to making that happen. But the 1st floor room we were given was very humid and moist. This was in June in Brownsville so a very humid month. The in-wall AC unit was coming out of the wall and you could see the outside along what was supposed to sealed. So therefore, the humidity and outside air was coming into the room from those openings. So we had cold moist air all night and thus the reason we wanted out of our 2nd night stay. Also the property has several doors leading into the 1st floor hallway from the parking lot so all night you are hearing the doors open and close. The floor in the room was not carpeted so there was an echo and it kept the moist air in the room. The room had NO lamps. Only overhead lighting so you felt like you were being interrogated with bright white lights. The breakfast was not very good either. And the coffee machine was hard to get to work. In addition you could never get ahold of the hotel's main line. It always went straight to voicemail stating that the line has not been set up to receive voicemail.
