Older then the Hills

I would call this place at the bottom of the "Hotel" spectrum. The hotel sits on a busy, noisy street. The bathroom sink was 'outside' the bathroom, next to the room door. A slight smell of mold was noted. Most disappointing were the thin walls and the loud, cursing people partying in the room next door delaying any attempt to fall asleep. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, the TV, refrigerator, and AC all worked well.

Looks great in pictures.

Rooms were DIRTY, broken fixtures in bathrooms, good thing there were plungers in the bathrooms. pool area was dirty and the water was cloudy. The free breakfast was a joke to say the least. Overall cleanliness was poor. Dirty parking lots. Overall I would highly recommend choosing a different hotel. The staff was friendly.

The rooms were clean , but the paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom and the ceiling in the rest of the room was dirty. Our room was not completely guest ready we needed towels and toilet paper when we arrived.

The hotel needs an upgrade. But the staff was friendly. Breakfast was clustered and hard to manage getting any food. The pool was nice but there wasnt any towels provided there. When we came to our room the floor has some crumbs and things on it and there was hair in the bathroom. The wifi didnt work for us.

Disrepair and unkempt

So, I mean, little holes in the wall and pealing wallpaper and completely opaque, dirty windows are bad enough, but then add some bloody tissues in the safe, dirt on the floor and in the ice bucket, a used coffee disk in the water receptacle on the coffee maker, and you start getting a feeling that this place doesn't give a S***

Do not recommend.

Had to ask for the room to be serviced and still didn't get it. Room could be opened without a key. When informed about it, they felt the best course of action was to remove a piece from the door. Will not be booking another stay here in the future and do not recommend.

I went there to stay with my 3 girls hoping to walk into a nice air conditioned hotel where we could Relax after a 5 hour drive , I haven’t been on a girls trip with my daughters in a very long time . What we walked into Was NOT what we expected - the pool was brown and it was SO hot in there I wanted to throw up. We ended up walking right out

Poor service and not clean

The stay was very bad. the rooms were not clean and we were given another room. I stayed there for two nights. Nobody came to clean the room, bathrooms, change towels etc. and we need to go and ask the reception for anything. service was very poor.

Avoid at all cost

The bathroom was leaky and had water everywhere. Basin drain was clogged. Pot seat was loose. Tv had multiple scratches with dead pixels. Terrible food. No eggs or protein options. No cupcakes or cakes. Only break and waffles. Staff did not even replenish the fruits.
