Went on a quick trip with my family for a concert and stayed one night on a Sunday. The area is basically just “hotel circle,” so the surroundings are mainly hotels and the freeway.
Overall, I had a great stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful—they made sure to accommodate my father’s needs by placing us near an elevator since he couldn’t go up several floors. Parking was plentiful (though the hotel wasn’t fully booked), and check-in was simple with mobile check-in. I liked that I could add my car details through the app and that it sent texts for check-in and check-out. Just be aware there’s a $100 security deposit and parking is $20.
The room itself was comfortable and not small at all (we had two queen beds). It had a sliding restroom door, good lighting by the mirror, hangers, a microwave, and a small fridge. At first we thought the fridge didn’t work, but you just have to manually switch it on from inside.
Overall, I’d definitely come back; convenient, clean, and good service for a short stay.
