Service was average. The bathroom did not have hot water (the best I was able to get was lukewarm). The building lost power in the middle of the night (I was never notified), emergency lighting was not maintained, which meant that everyone had to walk through dark hallways and emergency stairwells. Imagine carrying two suitcases 10+ flights of stairs in pitch dark conditions. When notified, the person at the front desk did not seem interested in the hazardous conditions or lack of emergency lights. The room was clean and the desk was adequate for remote work.

No Power. No Heat No Hot Water, No Emergency Light
Good Morning,
I am writing you today about our stay at the Warwick Hotel on Monday November 18th -19th.
At 2am the power went out. We had no heat no hot water and no emergency lights to safely exit the hotel.
I spoke with a young man at 6:3am wjo told me that the hotel completely out of power and was told power would be restored at 8am.
He also assured me that I would recieve a refund from front desk manager.
We waited until 8am to see if the power would return. That did not happen.
We have a surgery schedule today for my 13yr old daughter. She was not able to take a shower or eat breakfast.
We left and attempted to walk down 6 flights of stairs with our luggage in pitch black dark.
There are no emergency lights!!!
Please note this hotel is the ONLY Building without power.
Street lights work the buildings next door have power but not the Warwick..
I've requested a full refund at the front desk.
I spoke with Justin and your Director of Room Division.
I was told this morning I would receive a refund but when I got to the front desk to check out.
However, Kristephano refused to confirm my refund. He was extremely rude to my daughter and I after asking for a card and a note with his signature on it reflecting the current situation.
I would very much appreciate response from a professional about our stay at the Warwick.

Room was clean, comfortable and as advertised. Coffee great in am. Was greeted by a friendly staff and earned $10 off my stay after fishing a coupon out of the “adult treasure chest” at check-in. They also gave me a free drink ticket for the hotel bar. Room was quiet. Would stay again

Not my favorite
Hotel is in downtown Denver. Hard to find suitable parking. Parked in the parking garage that is close by but not part of the hotel. Not easy to navigate and getting back to the garage was difficult, had to walk around the side of the building to ask, fell, and still had to walk around to another side of the building. Not very good direction from the person checking us in to let us know the details before parking.

Lots of homeless around the area. Otherwise it was amazing stay.
