Good hotel, pool was small but nice (no hot tub). Would have been nice to heat the pool. Some cleanliness issues – the towel rack in the pool was falling apart and the west staircase has some peeling paint and what appeared to be mold. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good.

The hotel was very clean as were the rooms which were very inviting and comfortable! The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast bar had several options. The only drawback was the pool heater was not working.

The hotel itself is very nice and staff also. But, where it’s located is near main highway and a Main Street that people think is a drag strip. Our room faced the Main Street.

The beds and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was good, and the workout room was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The building is older and needs some updating. This is why I gave it four stars instead of five.

Great last second stop during storm.

Staff were friendly and very helpful after I booked wrong date. Got me rebooked and into a room. Hotel was nice and room was clean and comfortable. Could use some darker curtains. Lots of light at night and direct sun in the morning.

Great Breakfast

We were driving from Minneapolis to Dallas and stayed at the Joplin, MO Fairfield Inn. We were greeted by friendly counter staff, even though it was on Christmas Day evening. The location was easy to find. The facility was clean and appeared to be new. The breakfast was superb. Unfortunately, many hotel breakfasts are lacking since COVID. But this one had scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh waffles and more. We will stay again.

Not a fan

Not a fan. Pretty clean but dated. There was a dead cricket along the baseboard- yes dead, but looked petrified so it had been there a while and was hard to get out of my head. Smelled a bit musty. Not what I was expecting from a Marriott property.

Our stay was good and we liked the hotel and the area but the vallet parking was so expensive $70 per night Also the cleaning and service for the room was good but they didn't add coffee and cups back in the room after we used the others in the first day.

We'll be back!

We were very comfortable for our stay at Fairfield Inn Joplin. The bed was very comfortable, linens were soft and clean. There was no noise from the hallway or other guests. The bedroom was a bit small but the handicap accessible bathroom was absolutely *wonderful*. My husband and I are both physically handicapped and having the luxury of the walk in shower and rainforest showehead was simply delightful. The room and bathroom were very clean. The toilet tank did develop a leak which flooded the bathroom floor. My husband borrowed a screwdriver from the Front Desk and was able to fix the problem. The bathroom sink had a slow drip also (reported to the Front Desk) Staff were friendly, courteous and very accommodating. Cleaning staff did a great job.
