I wish I could give zero stars for our stay at this hotel. The front desk manager (not sure of her name) was utterly dishonest and unprofessional. She blatantly lied to us, claiming there were no oceanfront bungalows available, even though I could clearly see them available online. To make matters worse, during our stay, the service was atrocious. No one cleaned our room for days until we went to the front desk to complain. There was this one they just flipped the sheets to hide dirt side and called it a day.
The nightmare continued with multiple nights of no hot water. Seriously? A so-called 3-4 star hotel can’t handle providing hot water? Every time I called the front desk from our room to address this, no one picked up. I had to physically walk to the reception, only to be met with useless excuses and no resolution.
And the most appalling part? When we checked in, the connecting door to the suite next to us was completely unlocked. Anyone could have walked into our room from the other side. This is a MAJOR security and safety issue. Despite repeatedly raising this with the staff, it took them several days to fix the problem. The lack of concern for guest safety is beyond unacceptable.
The front desk manager was rude, grumpy, and disrespectful every time we approached her with a problem. She wouldn’t even look us in the eye and blatantly lied without hesitation. Her attitude was disgraceful, and she has no business being in hospitality. She needs to be fired immediately.
