Not great.
Room was much smaller and looked nothing like the pictures. Rooms near us were packed with 10 plus adults being very loud. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly but overall bad experience.

Good for a quick overnight
Hotel was nice, no breakfast only coffee. Breakfast you have to order and the prices were pricey... dinner was also pricey. Rooms were small. Elevator was stretchy. On the olus it was close to the mall and great eating places.

The hotel looked fine and the reception area including the bar was excellent. However, they should not claim to have a restaurant in house because the only thing available was breakfast and it was all pre-cooked foods. No free buffet as most hotels provide. My wife and I are elderly but both are mobile and do not use wheel chairs, etc. Because we are more comfortable with safety bars and showers with easy access, we requested a handicapped room. As requested, we were provided a “handicapped room”. The room had only one chair in it and it was a desk chair. We requested an additional chair and was told by staff that they would try to find one. We did not get a an additional chair during our stay. Lighting in the room was at best marginal. It was impossible to see the microwave oven controls without a flashlight. The lighting in the bath room was poorly designed and there was not a light over the freestanding wash basin, making it very difficult to see images in the mirror above the basin. Overall this was not a satisfactory accommodation.

This property is fine. Building is dated but clean. Great hot water and water pressure. Pool was closed for repair which was a little disappointing given the 100 degree temps. This location has a bar and bistro but I did not see anyone there most of the time.

We had two dogs with us and we got zero hassle from staff about them. This is considered a pet-friendly hotel and they live up to that statement. Their rooms were also very nice.

We had to change rooms as the mattress sounded like a trash compactor when sitting on bed or laying down. No TV. No pool. We were changed to another room and the balcony was covered with pigeon POOP! Disgusting and health hazard. Also a nest in the corner of balcony with 2 eggs. Again no TV. No pool. Front desk was called and they said "yeah, we have had a problem with birds. We should have never been assigned to that room with the balcony like that. So we weren't able to enjoy sitting on balcony in the evening. The staff were kind but offered no solution. The Housekeeping staff we had were very courteous and willing to help with the change of our room. All staff were friendly but that didn't make up for the condition of the balcony.

Property outside is run down looking with nothing special to note. The windows are filthy so you can’t see out of them not that there is any view. The pool was slime green.
