Stayed at the Park Palace Santiago—common areas were dated but comfortable enough. The rooftop pool was the highlight, perfect for unwinding with a great view. Unfortunately, the rooms felt very old and definitely need a serious update. Decent stay overall, but the place is showing its age.

Location is great. Restaurant is nice also. People at front desk very serious not friendly at all. Cleaning service is poor Had an issue with someone who open the door without knocking on leaving door open. Made a complain and the answer was that someone didn’t follow the protocols leaving me with the impression of feeling in a not safe place.

Great location. Hotel used to be really good. Unfortunately, service and cleanliness have lost their way during the pandemic and never returned. The infrastructure is terribly outdated and poorly maintained. Breakfast is a sugar bomb without any healthy options, rather than meat, fat and ultra-processed food. A shame really, as it used to be really good. Staff is obviously according to the environment, and lost also their motivation I guess...

Customer Services MUST be improved!

This is a good (but old!) hotel located in a good neighborhood. But the services are far from being good. I arrived at 2 am in the morning and did my check-in but when I got to the room, there are no towels! (OK, I called reception, and they brought towels to the room). Just one! I expect that they would add an new set of next day, but no. I had the same towels during all my stay. In my last night, I asked the reception to schedule a transport to the airport, since I had to leave at 3:40am, but I heard that they don´t to do this service. I would have to call it on my own. At the end, the front desk made a phone call to a company and pass me the phone to make the arrangement. I never heard about an hotel that can not make transfer arrangement to the airport!

Bom quarto. Tinha chaleira, não não tinha chás. Café da manhã bom, variedade de sucos, mas no geral, nada surpreendente. O omelete que pedi foi excelente. Poderia ter mais alternativas no café. Muitos anos atrás, me hospedei neste hotel e o café da manhã foi marcante. Tinha morango com chocolate. Agora só frutas básicas. A piscina fria, impossível usar. Área do hotel muito boa. Recomendo mas no Brasil os hotéis são muito melhores.
