CAT FISH HOTEL ROOM
Honestly the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. True pictures look nothing like the real life thing. The first room they have me had stains all over the bed and chair, food all over the floor, toe nails on the floor, greasy finger prints on the mirror,tv and fridge. The second room also had toenails, white stains all over the best skirt and the door to the other room I could literally hear the doMETHTIC dispute ALL night! I couldn’t sleep I felt so uncomfortable. I had to shower with sandals on because it was so GROSS! They also had a random $50 cash fee. Smelled like B to the O and cigarettes.. in a non smoking room with cigarette burns all over the comforter! I could go on and on.. just save yourself a trip you would be better off sleeping in the woods.

Website stated breakfast, no breakfast. Said pool, pool closed and appeared to be for a WHILE. Pillows may as well have not been there. Service was questionable.

The location was in a dangerous part of town, the pool was closed, the website says they offer breakfast. THEY DONT. The man at the desk was ok I guess. Didnt care that none of this was as advertised but wasnt rude about it.

Unacceptable
Room was dirty, no water in sink did not work, lamp broken, stains in carpet fridges door won't shut. Stayed two night did not clean room, towels dirty. On site says pool when got here was told under maintenance. No lock latch on door. They call me and told me I needed to be back at hotel by 4 pm and they were going to compensate but did not. Ice machine did not work had to go buy ice. I would not leave a dog here. This place needs shut down. I had to stay here because could not get a refund and everything was already book up and we live 4 hours away. So disappointing would not recommend anyone. This list is from 2 different room we had. Cabinet that holds microwave and fridge ready to fall apart. I will be call the city about this hotel.

Bad experience
The hotel was very dirty. The hotel had a bad odor walking in, the hallway and most of the hotel smelled like marijuana, and the rooms all smelled like an ashtray. This is a non-smoking hotel. Also in one of our rooms the smoke detector was wrapped in a Walmart bag on the wall with a towel also covering the smoke detector. The ice maker downstairs was half tore apart and the fridge in our room was all iced up. I would not recommend this hotel

Worst hotel stay ever
The hotel was an utter eyesore from the moment you walk in and get worse the moment you talk to staff. Very unfriendly and unprofessional from start to finish of the transaction. After the hoops that needed to be jumped through for check in, the rooms were gross smelling and honestly in “disrepair”. The non smoking rooms smelled heavily of cigarettes and was kinda dingy when looked at. I specifically asked for a pet friendly room as I was traveling with a cat, I was on the road for 28 hours at the point of check in and was disrespectfully told I could not check in and would have to ask for a refund on a non-refundable room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay there again. 0/10.

Poor
The sheets were stained bathroom smelled of smoke. The pool was not in service. The tv had no remote to turn I. Tv! When I spoke to front desk said manger would be in the morning well didn’t help being I was staying there for the night very dis appointed in service of the hotel and no refund offered and,no manger was there in the morning to speak to

Make sure you ask hotel if pool is operational
Pool is closed for good. Hotels.com we booked for hot tub to relax. No breakfast only sugar snacks and coffee. Very disappointed. Cracked ceiling in bathroom. Heat is very loud

Going slightly down hill

Cheap yes. Heater and tv didnt work in the first room and they switched us and everything was fine. Pool is like indefinitely closed and honestly, i wouldnt trust the cleanliness of a pool there. Trash when you first walk in under the baggage cart. Peeling painy or wallpaper in the bathroom. Just a bit ick overall.

It was mentioned nowhere on your website but when I checked into my room they informed me that it would be a $60 non-smoking deposit. And when I went to check out they told me I had smoked in a room and kept my deposit seems like a scam to me

Supposedly had continental breakfast but both mornings the wife and I walked down several times and no food. Shower rod broken, fridge broken, bathroom door broken, and jacuzzi was small as heck.

the bathroom was filthy. the beds had weird stains on them. they advertised free breakfast but nothing was in the breakfast area at 8am. their parking lot had icy patches that the didn't take care of, so that was a potential slip and fall hazard. the entire hallway smelled like marijuana. and there was a homeless person living in the back stairwell.

The property sent a text saying I could reach out to them if I had any problems but they did not respond to my text about the lack of water pressure in the shower out needing a blanket because my room didn’t get warm enough. I checked out a day early and they didn’t even care why.
