Started off Rude and went downhill from there!

My family walked in ahead of me, and the man at the front desk didnt say A WORD, no greeting, nothing, until he said, "last name?" to me. Very rude, in my opinion. Room A/C was off amd room was very hot when we got in. Turnes it down significantly, and eventually the room did cool down. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and my wife and I struggled to get to and stay asleep. The icing on the cake was the shower, as I have NEVER ran out of hot water in a hotel shower, until this weekend. Inwas in for about 5 minutes when I noticed the temp drop. This was the cheapest of what seemed decent hotels in Flag for this weekend, and we definitely got what we paid for. Never Again!!!

we liked this comfort Inn, The staff was great, check in was easy and friendly. it was within walking distant to restaurants and a short drive to shopping. It was centrally located for where we needed to go for a NAU graduation, Go Jacks!! Comfort Inn made a Memorable time for us, with no worries. Thank you Comfort Inn!
