紅葉と雲海

特に目立った事はないが、山の上から展望がよく、紅葉と朝の雲海が露天風呂から見えてキレイでした。夕食の懐石料理は普通ですが、朝のバイキングへ種類があってよかったです。

Japan "local style" delicious dinner and breakfast

Super, "local style", a little old, but good condition Japan hotel with super friendly and helpfull staff. Onsen is in the top floor, super ! :-) Dinner and breakfast was delicious and varied and tasty,, in Japan style ! Thank you ! I wish effective go back there !

素泊まりだったので評価出来るほどホテルで過ごしてはいないのですが、フロントの対応はわかりやすく気持ち良くチェックイン、チェックアウトが出来ました。部屋もとても清潔で十分な広さがあり快適でした。次の旅行先に亀の井ホテルがあればぜひ利用したいと思いました。ありがとうございました。

気になった所は、夏に利用した人の後なのか冷房表示のままで危うく冷房を着け続けそうになった。座敷の布団は羽毛で暖かかったが、ベットの布団が毛布1枚で寒かった。備え付けのお風呂の換気扇とブラインドが黒いのが気になりました。良かった所は、夜中の担々麺が美味しかった。スタッフさんも皆さん感じの大変良い方で良かったです。また来たいと思いました。

車が無いと駅まで、歩くと遠いです。上がる時には、坂道で歩くと辛いです。送り迎えの時間も微妙で、朝の送迎は、遅くお迎えは、早く終了でした。お湯♨️は良かったです。

温泉の質はなかなか宜しいです。枕の高さが合わなく交換を願った際、わりと速く対処してもらいました。私達に対してチェクイン時の説明は不十分です。もう1人の担当者が宿泊客への説明の方が詳しいです。案内説明にあっても最初に説明すべくでしょう。夕食の揚げ物やお鍋以外特筆することはありません。朝食の種類は多い方ですが、温かい食べ物のほとんどがぬるくて美味しさも半減ですが、温度保持するための工夫をした方が良いでは無いでしょうか。

とても感動したのが、屋上にある露天風呂です！夜の星空の綺麗さに驚きました。満天の星空に、酔いしれました。そして、冷たい空気と温泉の温かさが混じって丁度良い露天風呂！！トロトロの温泉でのんびり出来ました！！また行きたい温泉でした。

3名一部屋で、1名車椅子使用でしたが重症心身障害の車椅子でしたが取り回しもよく、とても良かったですただ、かんぽの宿をいぬいているので最新とアメニティがすごくとかは、ないですがとても、満足出来ましたまた、行きますがと、たずねられれば行きますと言います
