Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement

Second Christmas in a row now we have spent at the RRI Hilton Head and to be able to bring the peta with us is the most important part for my wife, its everything you need and they leave you alone, great little spot

While I have certainly experienced worse in other travel experiences. For this particular area. This facility is well below the community standards. The staff was very professional and reasonable. The facility in my opinion did not reflect my expectations created by the provided photos. The location is not as desirable as many others in the vicinity. Right on a busy main road. Ongoing renovations. Which may solve some things, but overall probably, still not up to community standards. Cheapest place in town if that's the priority. But clearly a reason for that. We relocated after paying a cleaning fee due to having been in the room briefly. But just wanted out. We've stayed at two other places on previous trips prior to this. And this time we relocated to the Holiday Inn express which was about the same price =/- a few dollars. Much nicer over all and much better location to simply walk to the beach and some of the popular restaurants. Also had some renovations going on but minimal impact on our stay. And these were upgrades vs. much needed maintenance or camouflaging of ware and tare.

The entire room was filthy, smelled like mildew & dog. It was not sanitized. The "handicapped shower" had a massive, room length long rusted and clogged drain that smelled like sewage because I guess people go the bathroom in the shower there. It would chip off and little brown specks would happen about my feet during the shower. The bedsheets were the only clean thing in the room. I walked around and my socks/feet turned black. No fridge. No cleaning/room service. No breakfast. No nothing.

We did not get the exact room we booked from Expedia (We booked a King bed, but due to our late arrival, only 2 beds were available - not a big deal). We have a cat travelling with us, the first room they gave us had lots of junk (dirty socks), dust bunnies under the bed. The staff was kind enough to give us another room. Overall, clean and comfortable stay.

Was excellent in terms of meeting my needs for a hotel where I could have my dog. All other aspects were just average, especially for a Hilton Head visit. The price was VERY reasonable for the location, which helped a lot.

I can do better, but it served a need.
The location is excellent close to restaurants and beaches, the staff was plesent, the room looked like the picture but had a very strong molden smell, very damp, the carpet by the bed was damp, the wallpaper was damp, the wall underneath the wallpaper had holes if one leaned on the wall the wallpaper would tare.
