The location is good, with good view. The service is good but slow. The poor part is the air condition , which is directly blowing to pillars . It makes us sick after one night stay.
Vi fikk en gratis oppgradering av rom etter to dager. Så fikk tre dager på det rommet. Fantastisk hotell og service

Some of the best views in Perth. One of the best rooms we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Wonderful hotel experience - Great location. Staff were amazing. Room was beautiful in size & layout, but shame about the quality of the window furnishings - apart from being dirty & damaged, their quality does not appear to be aligned with quality standards you would expect at the Ritz-Carlton.

1st wedding Anniversary celebration
location is excellent. the whole building is fantastic with views to die for from the bedroom, the bed and pillows were so comfy and along with the block out blinds we had a fantastic sleep. Will be back soon.

The Ritz is a beautiful hotel in a lovely location. But unfortunately there were some issues with our stay. The first was that we had a car and were given no choice but to use valet parking, which turned out to be $70 per day but nobody told us that until the end of our stay. The second was that when we checked in we were told we could get late check out at 12noon because we had a baby with us but on check out day we were told we had to vacate by 11am and they wouldn’t accommodate us. The third was that after check out, we had emailed the hotel concierge (that we had been emailing back and forth with previously) asking about a forgotten phone charger and they no longer responded to us. These issues aren’t very acceptable coming from such an expensive and high end hotel that we paid a lot of money to stay at.
