We never stayed here because we couldn't find the hotel even using GPS. we drove all the way back home 4 hours away. Stay frequently at one of your hotels in Pa. We even called hotel to get directions. No luck. Very disappointed to say the least.

Ok for price if you are only sleeping there.

The place was reasonably good for the price. The "breakfast" was all carbs/wheat. I'm celiac. The only thing I could eat was an apple. The TV couldn't even get a free ABC channel. It WAS clean and the desk folks were nice, but couldn't really help us.

The staff of the building we're okay.We got to our room immediately.Smell like mold. Upon entering the room, look very nice.In regards to the remodel slash decor. As soon as you step in the floor was boggy, multiple places throughout the room, as if there was water damage underneath and they improperly corrected it. Multiple people smoking outside on the balconies and hallway, the smell of smoke coming through the air conditioner. Outlet, next to the sink wasn't properly installed.So as soon as you go to turn on or turn off a switch, it pushed into the wall like there was no screw installed. The bathroom shower was very nice, except it didn't have any shampoo or conditioner and the door was installed backwards, so he had to squeeze between the door and the toilet to get into the shower

Quality Inn has bugs!!

There were so many things wrong with the room. It was dirty, mold in the bathroom, A/C didn’t work, mini fridge didn’t work, there were bugs in the room, absolutely very little water pressure so it was difficult to brush teeth or take a shower. There was a domestic dispute next door at midnight. My daughter called the front desk rather than calling the police. They said they’d take care of it, but nothing was done. There were a lot of very shady people staying there, so it wasn’t very comfortable at all. I will NEVER stay there again and I visit that area a lot. As a travel agent, I will NEVER book another trip with this hotel for myself or any of my customers. Word of mouth is very important and I have nothing nice to say about this hotel!!!

Fine but could be better

This motel is fine if you need an affordable place to stay in the Pawleys Island area. I grew up in the area so I know it’s an older property but with a little investment and some upgrades it could be nice. The staff was very friendly and the pool area was nice.

Do not recommend!!!

Upon entering our room, instead of putting our bags down first, we had to kill a bug in the room. We also noticed several other bugs that had been killed and their remains left smashed into the floor. The room had an unpleasant smell as well. The bed sheets were not that clean. They felt as though they had sand particles on them. We had to sleep mostly on top of the linens. We did not get a good nights rest on either of the nights we spent there. I was tempted to go and sleep in my car. The breakfast was horrible. No protein whatsoever. The front desk was neither polite or rude. I would say they were disengaged. Overall, my experience was horrible. I will never stay there again.
