Such a pleasant surprise!

Pleasant surprise for A three star hotel. New floors throughout. Nice comfortable bed. There are scuff marks and scratches and the tubs and metal door frames. But overall, this was an amazing stay for the price. The hotel staff were pleasant, professional, and attentive. The hotel was quiet and organized. It is a beautiful location central to everything. Wi-Fi worked. No YouTube or Internet connection on the TV.

Bad air conditioner

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable however our room was very hot when we checked in and our air conditioner was very noisy the entire time it was on. Had to shut it off to sleep in a hot room!

Disgusting!!!

This place is a 1 up from the Norman Bates Hotel. Bathroom was disgusting, toilet paper holder falling off, brown water came out of the bath faucet, floors were filthy, wallpaper shredded, curtains shredding, beds uncomfortable… not enough room to write everything and I am exhausted from not sleeping thinking about the cob webs. Disgusting i would give it a negative number but its not an option. Bring water shoes to take a shower and raid!

Fine for a one night stop over

We stayed here one night on a road trip from Indiana to NY. The staff were friendly and check in was quick. The hotel is older and in need of renovation but it was affordable, so we overlooked that piece. The sheets were clean bathroom was wiped down but could have used a deep clean of the tub and floor. Overall, it was fine for a one night stay but I wouldn't want to stay longer.

Smoky dirty room with NO hot water

This was one of the worst stays I have ever had and that’s saying something. First off non smoking room that smelt like someone had smoked a pack in there. Dirty towels. Didn’t notice the dirty comforter until morning. I was so tired. And to top it off no hot water. The windows only have sheer curtains and it’s in ground floor so any creeper could look in at night. I have seen some bad things on cross country drives. But this takes the cake. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one.

Hotel staff was helpful and friendly at check in. The room smelled musty and I needed to buy air freshener. It also was not very clean. The refrigerator smelled awful. Handle on shower was missing. AC did not work well.

You get what you pay for

The property looks like an old college dorm. and the room smells very musty. The positive are that it was inexpensive, quiet, comfortable beds, nice size double queen room and they serve complimentary hot breakfast.
