It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in my life, the cleanliness is terrible, the service is horrible, the treatment is very bad, the breakfast is very poor and unorganized, I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

Roaches and cheap management!

We were going to arrive early so I kept calling the hotel to see if I could check in 2 hours early, I called so many times over 3 hours and no one would answer the phone. I called choice hotels and they tried calling the hotel and the general manager, no answer. We got there and they would not let us check in early unless we paid an additional $25. I said this is rediculous and left. Came back at 4pm to check in. The room was OK, nothing spectacular or out of ordinary for a low rated hotel. The next morning we saw the German roaches. We left without saying anything to the front desk staff, was already not happy with them. Won't stay there again. I've worked in the hotel industry at multiple locations and never had/gave an issue with someone checking in slightly earlier. CHEAP MANAGEMENT! Get your phone lines addressed and pest control in check!

My stay consisted of 2 kids and 2 adults. The room wasnt that big but it was big enough. The only problem we had was the water pressure was low in the shower, the sheets on the King size bed appeared to be dirty and the pool had no pool towels.

Our stay was very nice! This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out process were both very easy. There are several shopping and food choices within walking distance and even more a few miles down the road. The property is clean, and the area is quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

The smell was overbearing; someone was cooking something that had a strong odor. A Trash bag was on The floor in the hall directly in front of my Room. Trash can at exit overflowing with garbage. I did not stay! I was traveling alone and did not feel safe at this location. A Man waited for me by the exit and grinned and tried to speak to me. Luckily a military person was walking in. I will never make a reservation here again

If you like cockroaches and bodily fluids on your sheets, this is the place. There was a nice energetic roach in our bathroom floor which ran away when I tried to smack it with a trash can and slipped through the baseboard crack. One of the bed sheets was sporting a yellow stain on it which had us wondering, is it semen, urine, or feces? I guess we’ll never know the mystery of Sleep Inn. The hotel is skillfully decorated in a rustic style, with rusty door hinges, rusty crooked towel hanger, sloppily done “renovations,” ripped towels, and lack of face plates on the outlets, good enough to give your toddler a 120 volt energy boost were he or she to crawl around and stick a finger into the exposed outlet. The hotel rep does inquire about how we loved our stay at check out, through the screen (their front desk rep is a virtual guy from the other end of the world, they don’t have a real front desk person), but when I shared my thoughts, he said “ok.” Ok, I guess. We loved the hotel so much that we will be submitting our thoughts to Florida’s Division of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Hotels and Restaurants Section. Skip the Ritz and head straight to Sleep Inn for an unforgettable experience.

Tv didn’t work, water pressure low, slamming doors at night, checking in was difficult, I was told I had 2 reservations with a Mastercard( I don’t have a mastercard). The pool wasn’t useable.

While the beds were comfortable, the rest was all negative. The pool was unusable, shower had barely any water pressure, and the worst of all is there was no live person at the front desk! Instead there was only a “virtual assistant” on a kiosk! This was not only beyond unacceptable and inhospitable, but it made us feel unsafe. We will never stay there again.

The location was great, everything else was severely lacking. The front desk was remotely manned; there was never an actual person at the front desk. Housekeeping was marginal. The drain plug in the bathtub was broken. The swing bar security device on the room door was broken. The property overall needs a facelift.

We were not ompressed and would not recommend to others. Remote person for check-in, never saw an actual person at the front desk. Housekeeping was marginal. Swing bar door guard was broken. Drain plug in bathtub was broken. The entire hotel needs to be spruced up. The only positive was it's location.

The sheets were not clean I was charged 20 for a towel with make up. The sofa bed mattress was twin and you could feel the springs throughout the mattress. The hotel location is not bad for a drive to Destin, the free breakfast was good had a variety to from and for the most part the hotel was not dirty. Also its a few close walking food options.

Crowded. Very loud guests. Could hear arguing in the halls. Breakfast area was hot. No personal check in. Everything done via a kiosk in the lobby with someone off-site. In need of renovations. Have stayed here many times prior. This will be my last stay

The A/C didn’t work at all had to go out and buy two fans was told there’s nothing they could do but give us 20% back on the room. Very hot and sweaty night in an unpleasant way!
