We were there for one night before our flight home. I have mobility problems, use a cane, not in a wheelchair, but I have balance problems. The shower was wheelchair accessible and had a fold down stool and hand shower which I used. However, the shower floor was tiled the same as the rest of the bathroom floor. It looked nice, but it was very slick and slippery once soap and water were employed. They did not provide a non-slip shower mat. That situation looked to me like a lawsuit about to happen. Thankfully, I survived the shower without falling, but I was worried about it.
I was shocked to discover that we did not have breakfast available because we booked and paid via Hotels.com. I always look for breakfast when we travel. When we checked in, the admission receptionist told us breakfast hours. Nothing was said that we didn't qualify. So, buyer beware. Booking to that hotel with this site leads to discriminatory treatment.
