Hotel was nice and clean. Only one elevator that was being taken over by guys moving furniture and it was very inconvenient as they were doing it in the morning while people were trying to get to breakfast and move their stuff for check out. Breakfast ended at 9:30 which was right as everyone was coming down to eat. Weird time to end breakfast on the half hour. Patios needed cleaning up and arranging.

We were so grateful to the quiet atmosphere and comfortable beds after a long road trip. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was plentiful and yummy.

This is the 3rd comfort suites on this trip and the most disappointing. The floor was not vacuumed well, the bath tub was disgusting. I put a towel down to stand in it. There was limited parking because of workers, the lemon water had no lemon taste (yesterdays lemons?), the breakfast room was not attended and I took last items. It just wasn’t even close to as nice as Mattoon, Il and Forrest City, AR.

AC was old and did not cool down the entire room. Everything was old and rusty. Adjoining door didn't lock.

Everything was clean. Night staff could have been friendlier. Toilet seat was loose and low to floor. covering missing on bulbs above mirror. For the price, these should have been better. Still over all comfort was good.

The hotel was affordable and had great access to a local favorite restaurant. We did find our room to be lacking in basic cleanliness - such as a pair of dirty socks left behind by another guest still in our room. I was concerned finding this that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned.

Definitely exceeded my expectations! The property was clean, staff was friendly for the most part, had a few issues with check in regarding the credit card from expedia, however i told the girl working it wasnt a me problem it was a her problem and she let me on my way. Breakfast was decent, and didnt explore the pool. We stayed in a room with the fireplace and jetted tub and couldnt have been happier with the relaxation and romance this room offered my husband and I!

Propert is just off interstate. Neimerg’s Restaurant just next door for all meals. Has a full bar. Great pie. Morning breakfast at hotel is good. We were able to have our dog with us but there is not a lot of area to walk her. Nice Speedway next door and Walgreens at the corner.
