Well to start off...
1. Room was extremely small and did not look like any of the photos online, like not even remotely correct. Not a little
2. My room stunk like chemicals, bad! I called housekeeping and they said the could bring up a air freshener or switch rooms. Could not understand her....not sure why she could not speak proper (or even decent) english. Why would you have employees who dont speak English? We live in America. Why would i want more chemicals sprayed in my room? Makes no sense. Declined the other room as i was not intrested in dealing with another awesome check-in and we had to leave in the morning.
3. Self check in sucks. Absolutely the most confusing check-in in the world. Had no idea where anything was. No recipt, no way to change your form of payment, no direction. 1 hotel person checking in people...so you are forced to use the sucky check in. Tried at first to just do the self check in....said my room was not ready (this was 8 PM) and to go to the check in desk. Then a employee walked up to us and said there is a problem with your room, then she just walked away, totally just walked away. Then i got a text on my phone ( no idea how the hotel got my phone number) that it was ready. Then had to ask 3 different employees howwe get to our rooms. 1st one said take the elevators....which ones? There are mutiple different elevators that have different names. Again, this would have been nice to know. Oh, and you have to watch which ones becau
