Not everything was what I expect in a hotel room. The TV didn’t work, the floors were not clean, and the shower had paint peeling. Unfortunately, the continental breakfast was not edible. The pancake machine spit out black chips; probably hadn’t been cleaned and the coffee was not drinkable. They also put a $50 deductible on my credit card payable back in 3 to 5 business days. Nothing on their website mentioned this.

Very unclean

We did not have a great stay at this hotel. The room was not cleaned very well at all. The walls were dirty, the beds were not cleaned, and the bathroom was very unclean. The breakfast was very limited. Overall we were very unsatisfied with our stay.

I would normally not leave a poor review, but the first room we were in the toilet didn’t flush so they ended up moving us. The second room was not what we paid for and the TV rarely worked. The rooms were just not up to standard.

Pay more, you should do better elsewhere

You get what you pay for - hotel is old, rooms are marginally clean, bathrooms lacking, furnishings are mismatched. Staff is friendly. Breakfast should be skipped, it's not worth it.

Great for the price

Check in staff fess friendly and pleasant. Parking was easy and there was a luggage cart for convenience. The room was spacious and smelled clean. Beds were comfortable and there were no signs of “little friends” on the mattresses. Storage space (drawers, hangers, nooks for suitcases) was ample. I had a nice big desk, microwave and fridge that was helpful. Bathroom was adequate and clean but water pressure made me miss my home. Breakfast was limited. They put out very few items at a time. The pancake machine was really fun to use. Kids would love it. But the pancakes they made were really gluey and stuck right to the paper plates. I learned to butter the plates first.

Quality Inn surprised me with their quality

I booked a room at the Quality inn at the last minute because of a snowstorm coming in and my daughter was in a tournament in Hartford. I could not afford an expensive hotel and it was a 2 and 1/2 hour drive back home. I did not expect the room to be as clean as it was. I did not expect the bed to be as comfortable as it was. I really just needed a place to sleep for the night. I was pleasantly surprised. I slept great!! I also appreciated how the parking lot had been plowed the best it could be the next morning by 6:30 a.m. The staff were very friendly. I believe it was a great value for the cost.

I stay for a week. The property looks good. did not go to eat breakfast. The property needs an upgrade. the rugs and the rooms can be a bit better. New paint job can make everything looks lot better. Over all, the stay was pleasant, no noise. There were stores and gas nearby the hotel.

You get there and need a bathroom; SURPRISE there is no public bathroom. You select the hotel on Expedia because it is "pet friendly"; SURPRISE you get an email from the property that pets are not allowed. You select the property at a certain price on Expedia; SURPRISE they tell you at check in that they are adding an extra $50 to your card. Oh and the elevator does not work all the time. Don't stay here unless you are good with surprises.
