黑色的房間
這是我可以訂到最便宜的旅館，地點方便，隔壁有超市，離古城區很近，但房間的設計不敢恭維，全黑，連走廊都是黑的，有種見不得人的感覺。

Nicht empfehlenswert!
Hellhörig und überall kleine bis größere Mängel. Ich war in der dritten Etage (wie ich erfuhr, schon die besseren Zimmer), trotzdem war alles sehr abgewohnt und ungepflegt. Ein Highlight sind die Zimmertüren. Natürlich mit Chipkarte, ohne Zimmerschlüssel. Sie gehen selbstständig zu, doch nicht ganz -> also schlägt die Tür Alarm und macht darauf aufmerksam, dass sie nicht schließen konnte <- das versteht nur keiner (man muss die Türen noch einmal richtig anziehen. Wenn in der Nacht um zwei diverse Partygänger (an einem Montag) wieder in ihr Zimmer kommen und überall ertönt der Alarm, dann ist man definitiv wach. Das erste Hotel, wo ich mir denken konnte, wie das Frühstück sein wird und ich gar nicht erst hinging. BTW -> Frühstück ab um 7:00 Uhr <- ziemlich zu spät?
Der erste Eindruck in einem Bild. Die Duschtüren schließen natürlich auch nicht richtig ;)

Séjour décevant
On a eu la chambre 510, spacieuse et correcte. On c'est rendu compte tres tard le soir que le dessus de lit est plein de debris de verre. Ma compagne c'est coupé au niveau du coude, il y avait du sang partout (voir photos). Le veilleur de nuit Vasily nous a expliqué que la veille une table de chevet en verre c'est cassé. La chambre a ete mal nettoyé, y avait des debris tranchants sur le lits et par terre aussi. Dans la panique et à 01h00 on a déménagé à la 503 moins spacieuse, meme pas surclassé. On n'a eu aucun geste de la part de la réception. Notre sejour c'est mal passé à cause de cet incident et des saignements fréquents de la blessure de ma compagne. Je souhaiterais avoir un dédommagement à la hauteur de 30% comme geste commercial. Etant un ancien cadre de l'hôtellerie parisienne, je confirme que le staff etait sympa et accueillant. L'emplacement de l'hotel est top, en plein centre de Bonn. Chambre et propreté moyen, tres moyen. En attente de votre retour. Cordialement, Kaïs

Vale la pena por un día o dos. Si no tienes otra opción y buscas estar en el centro. Pero, el hotel deja mucho que desear en la presentación y limpieza de las habitaciones.

Odd renovation in black theme. Bed comfortable and new i think, towels soft which is a change from the exfoliating towels in most hotels. Fairtrade shampoo was a pleasant surprise. Not the most sevice oriented hotel in the world. My room was large but a little on the expensive side. I booked late when not much was available. Great location in the centre.

We demand a full refund as airconditioner is not working (its so hot and we’re all sweating so much, window is broken so cant even open for air… dirty! there’s only one person (who's also the receptionist) who’s trying to work on issues … bottom line, issue not resolved, we cant stay (too inconvenient, too hot, cant even rest)and had to transfer hotels which caused us too much stress looking for another hotel and unnecessary expenses! Pls fully refund as this is hotel’s and hotels.com’s misrepresentation!!

Saimme hotellin surkeimman huoneen! Epäsiisti, rikkinäisiä huonekaluja, ikkunasta sisäpihalle näkymä oli tupakanstumppeja täynnä! Television kaukosäädin ei toiminut vaikka vaihdatimme paristot! Emme ole eläissämme olleet näin surkeassa hotellissa! Kun saavuimme hotelliin, vastaaottohenkilökuntaa saimme odotella melkein puoli tuntia muutaman muun asiakkaan kanssa!

The main benefit of the hotel is its location - a few minutes walk from the station through the shopping streets. However, first impressions are poor - the outside approach of the hotel is filthy, cigarette buts all over the pavement and array of dead plants in containers. The hotel appears to have been recently taken over although the street signage has not been changed from the Hotel Consul (this was well-communicated beforehand). The rooms are old-fashioned and very badly designed. A half-used bottle of lotion was left in the bathroom from the previous occupant along with a USB charger and cable still plugged into the wall. Housekeeping is therefore poor. There are no bedside tables to put anything on and no easily accessible light either (nothing at all if you sleep on the left side of the bed!). For some inexplicable reason there are 2 fridges in the room taking up valuable space and many of the TV channels do not work. Given the shiny new signage in reception, it is to be hoped that the whole place will undergo extensive renovations.

I wish I could say our stay at this hotel was a pleasant one, but sadly it was anything but. Upon check-in, we were given a room that was in a shocking state. The lighting was faulty, the door was covered in dirt, the bathroom floor was sopping wet, and there was a thick layer of dust coating the headboard and TV. Naturally, we complained and were moved to another room that we were assured would be better. Unfortunately, the second room wasn't much better. It was in a sorry state of repair, with dust caked on the telly and hairs clinging to the bathroom wall. Various stains adorned the furnishings, and there was a gaping hole in the carpet, rather shoddily covered by a rubber doormat, along with stains on the walls and ripped wallpaper. The net curtains were sporting an array of mysterious stains. The corners of the mattress were harbouring grime, and the whole room had a distinctly musty odour, with the bathroom smelling particularly damp. The tired pillows weren’t fresh and the pillow cases so insufficient that we ended up using towels to properly cover them. The rest of the hotel didn't fare much better. The men’s toilet on the ground floor was in dire need of a good scrub, and the seating in reception was worn and stained. A musty smell permeated the entire building, which was generally in a poor state of repair. Its current state is simply unacceptable for a hire charging these prices.

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schick, jedoch ist die Dusche bei mir im Zimmer verbesserungsfähig gewesen, da das Wasser nicht wirklich abgelaufen ist und dadurch das ganze Bad überschwemmt war nach 10 Minuten.
