Great location, but disappointing room this time
Radisson Leicester Square has an unbeatable location, and it's usually my go-to hotel when visiting London. However, this time the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations.
Perhaps we were just unlucky, but the room we were given felt worn and poorly designed. London was unusually hot during our stay, and it was hard to tell whether the air conditioning was underperforming or not working at all—but either way, the room was uncomfortably warm.
Only one side of the bed had a working phone charger, which seems like a basic detail that should be properly maintained, especially at a hotel of this profile and price range.
That said, the reception, restaurant, and overall service were as good as ever. I’ll probably give the hotel another try, hoping this was just a one-off experience.
