Incredible Stay
I would definitely book this condo again. Everything was so clean, and set up for total comfort and convenience. The location was spectacular, right in the heart of downtown. Communication with the property was such a breeze, I had a question about parking and they texted back instantly with the information I needed. And I love that they are pet friendly. Most definitely recommend.

The room was fully stocked. It was great to have a kitchen. The was large and spacious. Good communication with the staff. And very helpful. The room even had a white noise machine to sleep better with the city noises.

This was our first time staying in a Kasa property. The best thing about this property is the location. Everything is walkable. Easy walk to River Street and lots of shops and restaurants right in that area. Toast all day is right across the street and we visited multiple times. The apartment was well-maintained. There was a musty smell in the lobby, but you really only walk through there. There was no smell upstairs. It’s very safe using codes to get in the door and up the elevator. It was nice to have your own apartment in the city. We never heard the church bells while inside, but we were on the other side of the building. You could hear them outside and I thought it it’s nice to hear them. The beds and the couch are low so if you have mobility issues, they may be a bit of a challenge. There was one issue that the dryer was not working, but was quickly resolved by moving us to a different apartment. We really needed the dryer because it rained several days that week so it was great to have one. We would definitely stay here again!

The building access code was supposed to be good for the stay. It was changed without notice, and I HAD NO ACCESS to my room for 12 hours, because the new code sent by text was wrong. Without a human on property, your "virtual desk" is a complete failure. Grade: D-

Didn't like that there was no coffee maker in the apartment. Consierge closet took time to get access and was not fully stocked with essentials. Ice maker did not work but was given an ice cube tray. Staff was very cordial and helpful.

Key code didn’t work, two other key codes, provided by offsite “concierge”, also didn’t work; finally given the location of a real key. TV only works using a mobile phone; unfortunately my phone and tv refused to connect—so no tv. Elevator was out of order, we went up four flights of stairs; my wife uses a cane, in the process of going up the stairs she twisted her ankle—I carried our suitcases on three trips up the stairs. Bells of nearby church chimed every 15 minutes. Mattress is only one foot off the floor, making it impossible for my wife to get out of bed without assistance.

I understand that early check-in is not always possible, but the fact that one can't even leave luggage before check-in time is a real problem when one arrives earlier. Any accommodation should have a solution to this problem (and they didn't have). Also, a bit too much communication - for a one-night stay, I received frequent messages for days before, during and after my stay. Otherwise, nice place and well located.

Gorgeous apartment, very clean and modern. Loved the kitchen. The only thing I will say is that I wished there were hooks in the entry way to hang my bag and jacket, and in the bathroom. Other than that, will definitely stay again.

My husband and I loved the communication from the property managers. In was able to get in touch with them for any questions and they responded right away. We loved our Studio that we stayed in for 5 days. It had everything that we needed and it was walking distance to All of the stores and shops and restaurants. So convenient. It was very clean and my husband loved that he was able to cook his own meals and they even provided olive oil and various seasonings. It was convenient that e we’re able to do our laundry during our stay. The only thing that we weren’t a fan of was all of the homeless people sleeping at the front door entrance outside of the building. We had to wake them up in order to open the door and ask them to please move so that we can pass. Other than this issue, our stay was perfect!
