No one was at the hotel to check in. Had to call a cell phone number to get checked in. Was told it would be 10 minutes for the person to arrive. Property needs updates.

The room was outdated and not reflective of the hotel’s advertising. The cleanliness of the room was also lacking. Breakfast consisted of dry bagels and cereal. My stay at this hotel was not comparable to the price they charge for a room.

The owner or lady in charge was outstanding and one of the nicest people I have ever met! I am doing my clinical rotation at the nearby hospital and I will stay here for the remainder of my time here, 3 more weeks!

The room was clean, linens were clean and our bed was comfy. Our only complaint was that there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room but the lobby had fresh coffee with the continental breakfast, so that was an easy fix.

It was a great experience and peaceful sleep, the front desk asked for a credit card again for accidentals and I explained I used paypal and expedia...just frustrating because I know they get a lot of workers but I am staying because I do my clinical rotation here and I am not messy and dirty, should be no reason if I use expedia to give my credit card also!

The property was off the main strip which is nice but the check in person asked me for a credit card for accidentals, I explained I paid through expedia and used paypal. I do not want my credit card billed for no reason.
