A Pleasant Stay
The hotel is quite flexible to allow early check in due to the early plane arrival and is so sweet to prepare a surprize for my son's birthday. The staff are friendly and polite.

Lovely hotel , near Paddington station. Ideal for V&A and Natural History Museum as well as central London. Breakfast very nice , buffet and cooked. Would stay again.

Never again I hate to write this review, but I dont want anyone else to go through this. I used to stay at the Caesar years ago, and loved it. I booked now and could not sleep. The hotel itself is very well maintained, and the staff are impeccably friendly and helpful. The room - it was so small it was like a prison cell. Build really inconveniently, nowhere to put my cosmetics, so I had to put them on the floor, and there was also no space. Just badly build all around, and very uncomfortable. I could not sleep because I could hear everything in the other room and the corridor. The room reminded me of hostel accommodation - very uncomfortable. I asked to upgrade, and they showed me the premium room. You could not fit a luggage inside - literally. I had to step over my luggage in the first room. I checked out the next day (early), and went to a nearby hotel. There is no way that I could relax in that room. I am a small woman, and could barely move in the room. Everything very uncomfortable, the bathroom, bed and desk. With what they charge, this is unacceptable. For this price, you can get a very nice room nearby. I have honestly never through about what it is like in a prison cell until now, square meters matter! If I had stayed, I would have been counting down the days until I can leave. If you are outside of the room 16h per day, then maybe you can sleep in this uncomfortable room. But if you like to stay in the room and work, no way. Great sauna downstairs.

Fint hotell, vennlig personale, men mye renovering
Vi oppgraderte til et nyrenovert rom. Rommet var rent og veldig pent, men bittelite - såvidt plass til to kofferter ved siden av sengen. Rommet vendte mot rolige Queen’s gardens. Det var en balkong utenfor, men døren var stengt med lenke, så ikke mulig å benytte uteplassen. Mye renovering på gang i og utenfor hotellet, og siste dag hadde vi plutselig arbeidere utenfor vinduet og sterk lukt av maling og silikonfug. Frokostrommet i kjelleren luktet litt kjeller/fukt, men maten var god. Personalet supervennlige og hjelpsomme på alle vis. Hyggelig med kaffe, kjeks og vann på rommet inkludert i prisen. Hotellet ligger sentralt, 10 min gange fra Paddington og like ved Hyde Park. Oppsummert helt ok hotell til prisen vi betalte.

Wonderful
I choose this hidden gem for various reasons. The hotel is quiet, immaculate and the newly refurbished rooms especially are exquisite. The hotel location has lots of amenities very nearby. Its a moments stroll to the beautiful London parks and a short walk to the exciting shops and restaurants along Oxford Street, Kensington and Knightsbridge. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly and they always demonstrate excellent dedication and professionalism. A real hidden gem. Thank you The Caesar Hotel team for another wonderful weekend and I look forward to the next stay with you again soon X
