UPS and downs

Facility its self was good plenty of things to do at the resort and nightly events Our room looked fantastic at first hand but the more you’re in there you notice the bad. Did notice the jacuzzi was cleaned every day that was a plus. But our private pool was probably the worst experience It felt just nasty and dirty went to use the ladder and it had some type of brown flakey slime and covered my wife’s hands brown. Went to use the shower the first night and noticed it wasn’t draining so I ran my foot over the drain and it was nothing but hair stuck to it. That kinda threw me off but I just moved on with my day TVs are good just can’t hook anything up to them so don’t bring a Roku or Amazon fire stick to stream shows on because it won’t work Other then all that the stay was okay

Weekend getaway.

The place need a major renovation. The bed sheet , bed Carpet are smells . Before entering the room smells molds already . Then the mini pool stairs handle is rusty . Good not really good . Wait for 30 mins before they serve your main course . The soup very salty it taste like from the can . Service so so . Its my first to see the place and for curiosity experience but I will not recommend the place unless they will renovate . Also the bowling ali only one is working you need to wait if they want to give you a chance to play .

Dream vacay gone wrong

This place needs a serious deep cleaning. It smells musty and old as soon as you walk in. The pool was my favorite. The Champaign Towers is an accident waiting to happen. I see why you sign a waiver. I had to clean my space before I could even get comfy. The toilet...what grade are we in 2nd? Why so low? Your not gonna poop right at all til you go home. The breakfast was cool...but dinner at Spooners...wow very disappointing. How do you mess up chicken? I dont think we will be going back

Amazing time

We had an amazing time. The room was a bit outdated but we didn’t even care because having a jacuzzi and a pool in room was amazing. We even added a late checkout.We didn’t want to leave!

Arrived really at 1:00am and Room pool had a lighter floating in the pool. Lamps did not work downstairs. Front step to champagne Jacuzzi was crack loose and dangerous.

Step back in time, this property gives off 70-80s vibes. But, really was a ton of fun. Everything you need is right on property. Close to other activities and amenities also.

I did not like the room at all walls are dirty with stain, the ceiling has stain all over, the wall mirrors are terrible has a lot spot missing the mirror and scratches all around I did not like the Champagne Tower is not in good condition, very old, the paint inside the champagne tub is peeling off I did not like the room swimming pool in my room, the pool filter was dirty, a lot spot of the wall paint of the swimming pool is peeling off. I did not like the room 425 Fire Place is was filthy and dirty all over including the wall around the fire place with stain I did not like the room 425 at all, they were trying to give another room 428, but the other room was even worse than the one I was staying. They also offered us another room 322 in the middle of the night,right after our dinner, the night before we are leaving the resort, the other room 322 has the same issues we went to see the room, and it was not worth it to move all our stuff from one room to another for the same type of room. The staff are very nice people and helpful, and they know what is going on but there is nothing they could do it. The property is very old, and is not updated. I should get my money back. I chose the best and expensive room "Champagne Suite" It was a nightmare never been in a place in this condition. Expedia should do something about these worse days of our vacation. Expedia don't sell this I been in Punta Cana, Cancun, Jamaica. I never though that this will happen to us here in the USA.

This property is so outdated. The amenities are a joke. The lake is actually just a tiny little pond. The rooms severely need updates. The community hot tub was broken and luke warm.
