Breakfast wasn’t served properly due to the lack of interest from the Indian owners to minimize the cost and maximize their profit. These puts the front desk workers who are dealing the problem with the customers. Again house keeping is not done on daily basis. A customer has to stay at least three days in the room to get the service.

Budget friendly

The breakfast was only mediocre. Bathroom shower headneeded replacement and bathroom ceiling tiles had mildew.Amole towels replenished dailly Staff were friendly and helpful.

Horrible. Filthy. Anyone can walk into the hotel off the street after hours despite sign on doors saying doors are lock between dusk to dawn. They are not. They send customers to rooms that are not cleaned by the maid…beds unmade , dirty floors, etc . Then found us different room after saying they had nothing else . Beds were made but floor was sticky, room smelled of cigarette smike, and refrigerator was dirty and did not work. They refused to issue refund because they got their money already..

GROSS….

Gross, unacceptably gross. Stained sheet, black mold on the window AC unit. Breakfast which we would have skipped after noticing the flies, was non-existent. The entire experience was awful.

It wasn’t terrible, but there were noticeable things that need improvement. The sheet was torn, the curtains had some rather large noticeable stains, and the room smelled overwhelmingly like rubbing alcohol for some reason. You can tell the room was cleaned, but some items need to be replaced or deep cleaned more often.

I waited to post this review in hopes of receiving a response to the email I sent to the hotel’s general manager, but after hearing nothing back, I can only assume that my experience reflects a broader issue with how this hotel is managed. First, the dates of my stay were recorded incorrectly. More importantly, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. In the first room, the refrigerator was dirty, a light bulb was out in the bathroom, a toenail was on the floor, and there was a visible urine stain on the pull-out sofa bed. We were moved to another room, only to find mold on the pull-out sofa there as well. I was traveling with my children, so these issues caused a significant disruption—particularly because they were left with nowhere sanitary to sleep. We were in town for my nephew’s graduation, and unfortunately, the high room rate did not match the level of cleanliness or service we received. Lesson learned: next time, I’ll stick with hotel brands that consistently deliver on basic standards of quality and guest care.
