You have to take everything with you on a daily basis otherwise the housekeeper will take everything left in the room. I’m missing clothes and cosmetics. Yesterday the housekeeper gave me my slide off the cleaning cart.

The attached Outback Restaurant is nice to unwind at prior to bed. Food and drinks are good. Hotel has been doing renovations. It’s not a fancy place but perfect for me. Location for airport and MOA is great.

Shuttle hiccup
I stay at this hotel several times a year because it is convenient to airport and has a 24/7 shuttle. We got in late to airport and had to wait over an hour for shuttle . We wound up taking an uber. This is the first time in a decade of using this hotel that this has happened. I hope it is a one off

This a good place for the price. It indicates some wear in the hall carpets, but is reasonable with no hidden costs; with many competitors around it does well with service,breakfast and the pool.

It was okay stay
We had a king bed with a pull out couch bed. The pull out didn’t have any blankets when called the front desk for blankets they told it would be awhile. 1.5 hours later they show up. And this is after driving 4 hours to the hotel and an early flight. The bath room door was barely big enough for us to get thought. It was like a half door. For the price point of the room it shouldn’t be as much as they are asking.

Disappointed
When we arrived at our room, the fan on the heat/air was on and it was about 55 degrees in the room. We turned the heat on, but the knobs wouldnt allow us to change the heat settings well. It did warm up, then was too hot. You couldnt adjust the heat, so we had to turn it off and on all night long, allowing little sleep. The TV that night had about 4 channels that worked, and they kept going in and out; jiggled the box in the back which helped a little. The next day we had all the channels, including several HBO channels we didnt have the night before. I have stayed here in the past and didnt have these issues.

Comfy bed and great shuttle to airport
I stay here 3-4 times a year because of the comfortable beds and reliable on time shuttle! My only complaint is having to try and clip the shades together to keep out all the light from the adjoining hotel windows.

Not great.
Room was descent. Hallways look kind of scary. Lack of updates, could use some upgrades to make the interior look more appealing. Not sure if there were bed bugs but I started to itch when I was laying in the beds. No interaction with check in desk, more like lack of. Did not mention about where breakfast location is held. Everything seemed to work properly until the following morning. Tried to use the toilet, the handle did not flush. Had to flush from the inside. Told the front desk about the issue ant 645am and said maintenance was going to stop by around 8am. By the time I had to checkout no one ever came by. Unfortunate that I had an inoperable toilet during my stay.
