No hot water
I received a call the day before my stay stating the hotel had no hot water. I could cancel my stay, but would have to go through Hotels.com for a refund. I decided to stay anyway, no discount on the room because I chose to stay. I say service was good, they did call me. When my door wouldn’t open they pounded on it until it opened, than it was fine until the very last time I had to open it. They got it opened quickly. All in all it was okay.

Christmas Week
Pro good location, restaurants nearby and friendly staff. The con breakfast needs a facelift to the continental breakfast. The hot menu omelett egg and sauage link for three days(ugh) a variety is needed. This was my first stay at La Quinta. The second con no hot water Christmas Week. Our hands were tied no hotel availability anywhere. No compensation of any kind. We did receive a call while driving to Coral Spring, Florida from Tampa hoping the situation would have charged. It didn't upon check-in. Just to say cold shower kick rocks.

Péssima, chegamos cansado em torno da 1:00 da manhã, a atendente bem mal educada de mau humor. Mas o pior ainda estava por vim, só queríamos um banho pra descansar e pasmem não tinha água quente no hotel, descemos até a recepção e atendente simplesmente falou que não tinha oque fazer que esperássemos até de manhã, mas de manhã também não tinha água gelada tivemos que tomar banho gelado…

Wouldn’t stay here again.
The room had stains on the head board and the curtain that was in front of the closet. The towels smelled horrible. The staff was extremely nice but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Cheiro de cigarro nos corredores do hotel.
O hotel fica numa ótima localização, porém os quartos não tem janela e por isso não são ventilados, tem somente a ventilação do ar condicionado, por isso existe um forte cheiro no carpete. O quarto estava bem limpo porém os corredores ezalavam cheiro de cigarro, mesmo no ato do check-in assinando um termo de proibido fumar, acredito que os hóspedes fumam dentro do quarto isso faz que o cheiro do hotel fique insuportável. Com relação ao café da manhã é bem simples, e não fornecem xícara e talheres somente os descartáveis.

Great location - Check-in/out policy
I recently stayed at this hotel. The location was great, and the staff were friendly. However, there were a couple of issues. First, they charge a $30 minimum fee for early check-ins, even if it's just an hour before the standard time. This was posted at the front desk, but I was surprised by the charge. I arrived from a hotel in Miami that allowed a late checkout for no extra fee. I was hoping to time my arrival so I could check in at 2pm if a room was available. Also, the elevator was out of service, and despite asking for help with my luggage, no one was available to assist.

Being honest
It was a basic experience. The corridor carpet was dirty and had a bad smell. Luckily the room smelt better and was cleaned daily. Breakfast was very basic and uninteresting. The lift was out of service for the duration of our stay so we had to use the stairs, which was in a poor state. The staff were pleasant and helpful though.
