DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
This place was the worst motel I have ever seen, this place looked like it had dope dealers and hookers going in and out. It was far from clean, blankets had stains, towels were worse then pool towels you get at decent hotels, walls had paint chipping, the room had a very musky distinct smell to it, their was no curtain on the window, the blinds didn’t even fit the window and you could see in the room. No amenities for the room not even hand soap! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE AT ALL! We brought our stuff in the room with us and literally told my bf take it right back to the car, we left and immediately and went up to Kendall area and stayed elsewhere. I was in that room a total of 5 minutes, we booked for 3 nights and they reimbursed us for 2 nights. I can say NOTHING positive about this place unfortunately! I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I’d rather save someone the stress that I had to endeavor and thankfully there was no local events like a Race in Homestead because you’d have a hard time finding a place to stay. Pictures they show are definitely FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

Would not go back again.
Its pretty quiet but we had an ac leak that was never fixed. The shower water wouldnt get hot sometimes and towels were stained.

Had to ask for a lamp for the room tbey dont charge a deposit for the room but docharge a 40 deposit for the remote to the tv. Drug dealings in parking lot lots of residents li e there

STAY AWAY
This motel has horrible hygiene practices in cleanliness. The owners and staff are ready to fight you if you complaint. Hotels.com/Expedia should be ashamed for doing business with this type of motel and business. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IS VERY DIRTY, DISGUSTING, AND VERY BAD HYGIENE PRACTICES. The bath towels had blood stains, the carpet floor had a horrible smell and not vacuumed. This motel is high risk if you have health problem. The staff are uncooperative and will fight you. This motel is reported to the health department.

Not worth the cost
Barely anything in the room, TV/remote didn't work, my husband had to carry the microwave to the sink to plug it in to warm something up. Bathroom was so tiny. The area around the hotel didn't feel safe at all. In fact, it's the first hotel that I couldn't walk into the lobby at all, only use the window to check in or out.

Checked in and out all in 10 minutes. Bed sheets were nasty with hair from private area and hadn’t been changed in a while. Had to give a $50 cash deposit for the tv remote.

Good location but poorly maintained
The room was old. All the power switches were not working, so we removed TV switches to charge our devices. Bathtub was clogged. They can in and they cleared it. And then after shower, it was again clogged. All bath and electrical fittings were loose and were about to fall off.
