I was completely disappointed in the facility. I had made a reservation about 4 weeks or more before I was to arrive. Upon arrival I was told they had cancelled all reservations and wouldn't be accepting guests because a change of management or something to that effect. I never received anything in reference to their cancellation. I can not speak on anything other than the poor management and lack of communication.

Left after first night
There was no door handle entering the bathroom. The toilet seat had only one peg holding it . We never got any television. The remote didnt work they then brought the correct remote but it said the wifi was disconnected and we gave up. There was a cigarette burn on my sheets. We used the available push pins and held the curtains back so we could use the ac proper. We were so disappointed we left after the first day even though we had a second day rented.

Don’t do it
It was a hotel for the local crack heads. We did not feel safe. Cockroaches were circled inside the picture frames. Sheets were stained. Crack heads hanging out everywhere. We got our money back and wend to a different town.

It was terrible there were meth head everywhere the rooms were clustered with a bunch of furniture, there were screws above the bed. My SIL and her husband room was not cooling properly had to switch rooms about 3 times. I should’ve took pictures but if you stay there you will understand all of this.

Upon checking in, the area had a few unsavory people loitering around the hotel from homeless people to what look like “ladies of night”. Inside the room look low budget, lack of pride in the facility, and ROACHES. Unalived two roaches along with finding several other live ones running around the room. The management refuse to accommodate in any kind of way and called the cops on me to get me off the property. This is not a hotel for families or anyone with standards for that matter.

Don't Believe The Pictures
The only positive thing about this hotel is the location to the historic downtown strip. The pictures portray this to be a clean chain hotel, but that is far from the truth. Where to start... We walked into a room that had no AC running even though the temp was 100 plus outside. It took over 12 hours to get cooled down at max setting. There was no remote, and after asking twice to get one, we gave up. The shower took over 30 minutes to drain, and there was almost no water pressure. The exhaust vent in the bathroom had no cover and was absolutely disgusting. They were used pillow cases left in the room from the previous guest. The pool that is portrayed on the listing as open and clean, well let's just say that it was covered and had been for a while, as there were weeds and dirt all around it. This location clearly has problems with rift raft, as a sign at the desk portrays that all locals from about 10 nearby cities must pay a $150 cash deposit. Our door was knocked on two different occasions by random people, and the door barely locked to begin with. This entire facility looks like it has not been cleaned or updated and well over a decade. If we had not prepaid for the room, we would have left immediately. Lesson learned, this is one chain hotel that is not holding up to the standards of the brand.

bad place for a family
the hotel is very bad put in the drive way with my family and the place is no place for a family to stay so had to go find a differnce hotel to stay in. on the internet the pictures are not right.. and it is suppost to be by wyndham will never stay there if this is what wyndham is like no thanks

The employees was very helpful with good hospitality the room were very comfortable and cool and babyyyyy let me tell you something the bed was very comfortable i took a nap yesterday around 5pm and myself just to sleep until 7pm but that bed and the cool air had mr knocked out didn't wake until 6am this morning thanks days inn i got me some much needed rest and yes i will be back

This is not a hotel. It is a flop house.
Were this property free, it would be too much. Horrible “Days Inn.” This is not a hotel, it is a flop house. Stay away, stay anywhere else. A cardboard box in a parking lot would be better shelter. Massive gap around the door. No inside lock. Collapsed bed, plaster on the walls, it looked like a crime scene on the carpet. All in all, I left upon check in. Lost the money on the room, but I wouldn’t let my dog stay there.

One door lock was gone. The other didn’t fasten all the way. These were to the outside door-if my husband hadn’t been with me I would have been scared to stay. The curtain rod was broken so the room never got dark. The hair dryer had been ripped out of the wall and only the hanger was left. There was no stopper in the tub and it was rusty. The room smelled like smoke probably because the door wouldn’t close all the way and one of the permanent tenants was outside smoking the entire time. It was inexpensive so I didn’t expect a lot but I’d really suggest fixing the locks.

Ozark Song Bird Must
The location is just down from Magic Springs Amusement Park and just North of Oaklawn Horse Racing, but the real prize I try to tell everyone year after year, **the South side tree line as a serenade of Ozark Mountain song birds day and night. It is a true must for any bird watching, bird listening group!
