The facilities are too old, the room is very small, and some lights are not working. I have stayed in the same hotel before and it was not like this. In short, this one is very bad.

Not well kept at all. Parking lot was sketchy. Entrance was dim lit and unwelcoming. The seating area was heavily stained. The elevator was not functioning. The room smelled musty and the bathroom was extremely small. Very loud next to the freeway. Breakfast was meager served in a kitchenette. Do yourself a favor and skip the stay, pay extra and stay somewhere else!

The guy at the front desk was incredibly rude when asked very simple questions. I asked how much the hold on my card would be, wanted to make sure it wasn’t charged for the room as the room was already paid for. He refused to answer anything and alluded to the fact I would be charged more if I didn’t comply. When I explained that I was asking a simple question he was ridiculously argumentative. And almost threatening to cancel the reservation. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

The elevator was broken and the stairwell by the room was locked so had to walk far in a moldy smelling hallway. Rooms were clean but there was a loud clunk noise that could be heard through the walls that turned off and on like the sink all night long

The person at the reception was indifferent to any questions asked and was irritable. He took more than half an hour to check in 3 customers. He even suggested to refund the money immediately if we were not satisfied with his service even at the time of check-in. Wondering if he was under any influence or mental health problems. Then the room was dirty and not maintained well. I have never ever had any problem with Quality Inn hotels in the past. I couldn't believe it. Thanks.
