We just stopped to rest for the night and had to leave early in the morning. It would have been nice if breakfast was offered before 7am so we couldn't eat. The price for one night was outrageous so we can only stay the one night.

It was okay overall. They had limited availability in terms of room size. The room had fringed carpet some areas had small holes, the nob in the shower had broken off permanently stuck on "shower mode", also paint was missing on various walls throughout the room, it just didn't mstch thd hype of what I expect the Hampton Inn should be. To be fair I usually don't use hotel bath tubs any, but we did essentially pay for the option. The only saving grace was the staff, the staff at the front desk and who ran the breakfast area were amazing 👏.

Staff was nice and our room was clean and everything worked like it should. Pool was open and clean also.

the hotel itself was good, it was other guests that made the pool experience (pool was the only reason we went due to have our 3 grandsons, wanted to let them swim and get out of the house) not so great. a mom and alot of rowdy older bigger kids kept pushing into my smaller boys. i had to keep running to the side of the pool to make sure my smallest boy was ok because the kids just didnt care who they ran over.

You were remodeling.the pools were closed. Bummer for 4 kids. The frist night the shower was cold. The rooms were excellent 5 star for that.and staff was great.we will be back for sure.

Went to take a shower & there was no hot water. I went to the desk & told the lady there was no hot water, she told me I was the 3rd person that had complained. Then told me there was an issue with the water heater. I asked her to check an empty room to see if there was hot water & she found there was not. She contacted the manager & he told her to do something to the water heater which made the hot water barely luke warm. I ended up taking a shower in luke warm water probably along with alot of other customers. I paid for a room with the expectation of having all of the amenities available which hot water is one of them. I feel if I had not complained I probably would had to take a cold shower. I am extremely disappointed with your hotel not providing hot water I will never stay at that hotel ever again. Also, the manager never tried to contact me or offered any type of compensation for the lack of amenities.
