Do not stay here!

BEWARE do NOT stay here!!!! The hotel is so Dirty, windows don’t close all the way, pool was “out of service” green water, No cable tv, it was “out” whole time, WiFi worked one day. Front desk clerk was always on their cell phone, so rude. Returning to our room at 8:30 pm on our last 3rd night, Housekeeping didn’t clean our room, when we called and told front desk requesting clean towels, we were told towels were locked in a room and he didn’t have a key, it’s our fault, we must have left sign on door telling them not to come in, when we said we did not do that he accused US of being rude and hung up phone on us! We are a professional, older couple traveling for the weekend from out of state for a retirement party. The request for towels escalated into an argument and WE were asked to leave by the desk clerk! There was No manager on site and repeated requests to speak to a manager were denied. The whole experience was traumatizing! They refused to give us a receipt and charged us for the whole stay! Never in our lives has anything like this ever happened! Do not stay here!

HORRIBLE! Christina the front desk manager is crazy and extremely rude! Doesn’t know what she’s doing and threatened to call the police because I was upset you didn’t have the room that I booked and she had no idea why??!! Don’t stay here !

The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. Things had been painted more recently than any other updates, but it appeared that most things were original to the building. The hallway carpets were very worn and probably beyond looking clean even if they'd been shampoos recently. The doors to the rooms and bathrooms were chipped/cracked/scuffed on both sides. Breakfast was supposed to begin at 6:00 but at 6:15 the hot items still weren't out and we had to get on the road There's are a few other observations (not criticisms as they didn't impact our stay) It seemed like most other guests I saw there were laborers/workers staying there while working in town. They advertised a pool but it was cloded flr 2 months. Said they would give us rooms together but they were on different floors. They lied. The room service man came in on me naked & the water in the tub would not stop dripping & they had a problem taking payments so the next day we had to argue with the staff. we checked out a day early.

Not so great experience

I booked 2 rooms. First room the shower didn't work. 2nd room the toilet was broke. Front desk said we would have to use the public bathroom on the 1st floor as maintenance wouldn't be back till the morning. Told them that was unacceptable, they said we could upgrade at an additional cost, again I said that's unacceptable. Finally after talking to a manager we were moved to a new room.
