We arrived a little earlier than checkin time at 3pm and messaged the hotel via the hotels.com app asking if we could store bags there. We got no response. There is not a 24hr front desk as stated on h.com it is a telephone based service. We had to call after 3 because hotels.com had not passed on our contact details so the hotel couldn't send us our check in codes/ details We got them immediately once we called the hotel number. There is not breakfast either so hotels.com advert is wrong on many levels. I have to say all of this negativity is against hotels.com and not number 23 aparthotel, which is clean, comfortable, located just out of the old town and is very safe and secure. Would 100% stay here again. But book direct to ensure we get check in details. Lovely time had in Krakow .

Le plus gros probleme n'était pas l'hôtel, le problème c'est vous. Lorsqu'on reserve un hôtel avec petit-déjeuner compris et que l'on nous dit que l'on a que la chambre.....que l'on vous contacte pour cela et que vous ne daignez même pas repondre....perte d'argent pour nous et aucun respect pour vous. Votre site va être désactiver de mon téléphone et la prochaine fois, je reprendrai "booking"

The worse check-in experience ever!

Neither Hotels.com nor the hotel itself keep their promises! And they can blame each other and leave us without compensation. Several informations were wrong on the booking site. We bought overnight stay with breakfast but after we paid the specification of the room suddenly changed and the beakfasts wanished. It was stated that there is 24 hours reception but there is no reception! We were supposed to recieve self-check in information but we hadn’t. There are notes inside the hotel with a phone nr to a reception in an other hotel untill 11PM. But when we tried to call it turned out they only take emergency calls after 9PM. We were a family of four, the 2 extra beds were not bedded and the leg of the bed was broken. They are saving on the towels too and the instant coffee. The photos on the booking site look much better than in real life. I am fed up with the lies about the hotel on the booking site!

We did not receive any check-in information from the hotel. We had been informed that the hotel has a 24/7 reception. However, this was not the case. We were also unable to reach the hotel via its phone number, and no one responded when we rang the doorbell. We managed to enter through the door with help from another hotel guest. In the basement level (-1), which was a private area, we randomly found a person whom we asked for help (apparently a staff member?). Using their phone, we were able to call a hotel employee who gave us the check-in instructions. The person who answered the phone was really rude and blamed us for everything. Breakfast was supposed to be included in the booking price, but this did not happen and there was no breakfast area in the hotel. Additionally, many features listed in the hotel’s services and additional details were not available at the property. The cleanliness of the hotel was poor. There were stains on the floor and towels. We also found belongings from the previous guest in the room. The bathroom heater in the hotel room was not working. There were signs in the hotel hallways informing guests about giving feedback. These stated that only positive feedback could be given through that channel.

Hôtel super bien placé Propreté irréprochable Par contre, pas de réception Aucune communication sur l'accès à la chambre Et surtout PUBLICITÉ MENSONGÈRE DE LA PART D HOTELS.COM !!!! Il est annoncé que le petit déjeuner est compris alors que ce n'est pas vrai !!!

Hotel tres bien situé, prochr du centre. Chambre très propre, très bon petit déjeuner. Seul petit bémol, nous avions une chambre triple et le 2eme lit n etait pas du tout confortable. Sinon nous avons passé un tres agréable séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Fantastic!

The hotel was great so much than what we expected. The staff were resourceful and always happy to help with great English. Breakfast was great with a big variety of options as we had different dietary. Requirements.
