Good experience

Check in was very fast, missed the welcome drink though as it was not offered. Received an upgrade in the room for a very spacious suite with beautiful views. We booked the Preferred Club as we had stayed previously in other Dreams resorts and is necessary. We had a designated area in an adult pool restricted to prefer club. Outside this area it was VERY crowded. The beach is not that big, but good enough to enjoy the sound of the waves and a good walk. A la carte restaurants, food was good but very slow, having to wait for an hour for the food. Service was great. I wanted to mention our waiter Allan, in Oceana. Not only he gave us great recommendation for food but went beyond giving us a great explanation/teaching about Mezcal, I also wanted to recognize Damian, who was in charge of the pool area. Despite all the physical work in very hot conditions, he was always doing so with a big smile in his face and making sure everyone had what we needed for a great experience.

Great! But some flaws.

I traveled with my 74 year old mother and my sister's family (3 kids under 13). We had a blast! What we liked, although being all-inclusive, everything else was reasonably priced (e.g. spa treatments and upgraded wine). What we didn't like, some rooms (including ours) have a timer on the AC and not enough employees (e.g. longer lines for food and time to get drinks by the pool).

Gran experiencia!

Desde la llegada la atención es impresionante, te hacen sentir muy especial y en casa, todo el check in es muy ameno y fácil, te reciben maletas y a partir de las 3 puedes ingresar al cuarto. Los restaurantes deliciosos, recomiendo mucho el francés, la atención y servicio de Eduardo, Allan y Roger es espectacular, el chef Luciano domina a la perfección su menú. Recomiendo el salmón, el pato, los mejillones y la sopa capuchino, de postre un crème brûlée, y si tienes suerte un helado de coco con una preparación en vivo de fresas jubilee. También el asiático, oceana, el italiano, el buffet y el mexicano son riquísimos. Recomiendo mucho probar los smoothies de coco café, pide el de peanut butter. El buffet es muy basto, hay mucha variedad y todo muy rico, la atención excelente, recomiendo servirse lo suficiente y no desperdiciar. Los chilaquiles, los hot cakes y las pizzas fueron mis favoritos. Fernando en el área de alberca nos atendió de maravilla con las bebidas y snacks, no nos faltó nada. Los cuartos son de gran tamaño, muy cómodos, limpios y muy bonitos. La cama es comodísima, todo se siente y huele a limpio. Hay eventos todas las noches, shows, karaoke, música en vivo, guitarrista y varias actividades durante el día! También hay tirolesa, toboganes y un spa. Quedé totalmente satisfecha con la experiencia en el hotel, sin duda volvemos. Gracias a todo el equipo que nos hizo sentir increíble! Pd. Para apoyar el excelente servicio recomiendo traer billetes para dar propinas.

The hotel is new and facilities are great, staff are also very kind. The only downside is that the ocean near the beach is not as blue as you’d find in the hotel zone

The Managment is useless The staff was great but rooms were dirty and air conditioning filter wasn’t at least not cleaned from last 5 years disgusting! All the rooms smelled like mold and all the structures were old and out to date!

The staff was very friendly, hotel was clean but during the night there was a strong sewer like odor that smelled really bad. There were multiple restaurants and bars along with activities to do.

clean and friendly staff buffet was meh

The resort overall was great. the staff all being on the same page would be nice. People were down by the pool reserving all the pool chairs at 6:30am. Staff worked to find spots to add more chairs but it was difficult. They should be better about removing stuff of unoccupied chairs and not allow to reserve for people are evening sitting.

Just returned from a 5 night stay over New Years eve. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers, 15,18,19 years old. Pros: They had a DJ and fireworks around the pool for New years. There was an option of purchasing a table and bottle service but we didn't opt for that. Plenty of things to do in the evenings. Show every night at 7:30 and then always music of some kind in the lobby and then DJ or something in the sports bar. Clean, newer hotel. Great size. Not too big that you have to hike everywhere but large enough to make it interesting. We never ate at the buffet, we either ordered room service, ordered food by the pool or ate at one of the restaurants. Everything we had was good. I appreciate to having to make reservations for the restaurants. Tip: 6:00 you will be seated right away, after that you get a pager and it's about an hour to 1.5 hour wait. If you want to eat at 7:30 grab a pager at 6:30. Staff was fantastic! Special shout out to Oscar in the preferred club pool area. He was amazing. He kept our drinks full and water cold! He made our trip so relaxing and enjoyable. Another special shout out to Damian in the preferred club pool. Our daughter turned 18 while we were there and he did a huge happy birthday sign in sand, they brought her a cake and champagne glasses for a toast. They really made her feel special. Cons: Need more beach chairs!!! There's hardly any. Also need more tubes for the lazy river.

The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Damian at the preferred pool went above and beyond for our family and Santiago at Desires bar was very friendly and made sure everyone had a good time. Definitely recommend Dreams Natura for a family vacation!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Dreams Natura. The resort is perfect if you’re looking for a nice small cozy place. Beach was good if you have kids who love to play in the sand…not the greatest in terms of swimming as the water is quite murky. If you want blue clear water then stay at a different resort. Food was great…minus Dinner Buffet…not many edible options. But you can get at at any other restaurant for dinner without needing reservations. Be prepared to wait though as most are pretty full. Breakfast and Lunch were a HIT! Waterslides were fun! We loved the lazy river…especially since the water was always so warm!
