The staff is nice. Got repid reply from hotel whenever has enquiry. Room is spacious and clean.cave room is special. No air con but it’s still comfortable. Cool in daytime and warm at night. Bed and pillow are nice. Had good sleep through out the stay. Shuttle bus can be arranged by hotel with 50 TL per person which is convenient as not much transportation from airport to Goreme. We booked day tour at front desk which is good. Really enjoy the stay there

新開幕但已經準備好舒適入住的飯店
lunar雖然位在goreme的邊緣，但其實走到中心餐廳與街區位置也只要十分鐘，相當方便，但又能享有清幽彷彿與世隔絕的寬敞環境。老闆與員工都相當友善，且樂於提供幫忙，不論是詢問當地資訊或代訂行程都熱情協助，有任何需求都盡力達成。雖然是新營運的飯店，但仍具有相當棒的水準！早餐豐盛好吃，每天都能吃的超飽又營養均衡。飯店露臺有部分有特別布置，可以在露臺和熱氣球勝景合照！房間浴缸很讚，床很舒適，環境整潔乾淨，相當推薦！

Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik , çalışanların hepsi yardım sever ve güler yüzlüydü ,özellikle Ensar Bey bize çok yardımcı oldu ona ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Bundan sonraki Göreme tatillerimizde otel arama derdimiz olmayacak tekrardan burda kalacağız. Otel genel olarak temiz , sıcak ve konforluydu. Balonları terasta net olarak geniş açıda görebiliyorduk.

We had a really nice stay at lunar. We were able to check in as soon as the room became available. The place is walkable to the high street of Goreme. Room were cleaned daily. Staff were helpful with the request. I would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great stay here. Hotel room is nice, staff are friendly and helpful. We had an early flight and they packed us some food to eat. We’ve chatted with Ensar during the check-out time. Very nice guy, also a guy that helped us to bring the luggage to the room but I forgot to ask for his name. He heard we are from Canada and said Canadians are nice. He doesn’t speak a lot of english but definitely a cute guy! We had a great time there. Thanks again and highly recommended this hotel!

Our stay here was incredible but just a few comments on some small things that could make it even better 1) the rooftop bar could only offer alcohol or coke - no other options of soft drinks 2) Could do with a nighlight in the bathroom as the cave style accommodation is dark and don't want to put on a full light in the middle of the night 3) There weren't many parking spaces within the grounds and staff park there as well. There is a decorative cart with hay bale right in the middle of the access to the parking area making it really tricky to get into the spaces - would make life so much easier if this was moved to another area within the grounds to get better access and more space However, this is an amazing hotel with fantastic friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Amazing breakfast and the rooms were spotless

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was super helpful. I think the only thing missing is that the hotel didnt have a restaurant onsite. There was a place for breakfast but any other meals required you to head to either another hotel or the main town. While the walk to the main part of town was quick it’s mostly uphill to get back to the hotel. However, Mohammed at the front desk gave us great recommendations so it was a great experience overall.

Great hotel … great to see the balloons
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel .. the grounds are pretty, and the rooms are large and spacious with some outdoor seating to enjoy your morning coffee. The beds were really comfortable and we really loved the hotel, the town and everything. I suspect most hotels in Goreme would give you a great view of the balloons at sunrise but we could definetly see them from our room … but stepped out the door to see them … we stayed two nights and I think it depends on the wind … the first day more tended to go over the hotel direction … but still beautiful both days. The breakfast was plentiful and good. Staying in a cave hotel was good … end of August and room wasn’t too hot.
