Horrible hotel.
Room was dirty no running water. Second room wasn’t clean either. Housekeeping walked in without knocking. Front desk was rude and nasty. Assist manager would not talk to me about my stay. I’m still waiting for a call back.

Great hotel
Stayed 2 nights as visiting a friend. Friendly & quick check in. Room nice & spacious with fridge/micro etc. clean & comfy bed, hot water for shower. Breakfast was in another building but close, nice & well kept area with selection of hot/cold food. On main road but loads of food outlets/shops etc. free cookies in afternoon at reception were a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

We were greeted in the evening by Thadeus, who placed us downstairs for our stay. Both my elderly mom and I have disabilities that makes walking difficult. The other desk clerks i dealt with Dawn and Tiffany were also most kind and helpful. And Roberta with the morning breakfast was the best. Very kind and inviting.

Not the same
This hotel used to be one of the best hotels you can find in Fayetteville, but that was more than 15 years ago. Now the hotel carpets smell horrible it still has the same carpet in there still have the same curtains. The elevator in the lobby area is dangerous definitely needs to be updated changed and checked, I did not like how they had the breakfast set up in another building. this hotel has so much potential if they would just take the time and spend the money and Update in the hotel first by changing the carpet because they smell really bad would be awesome. Also, this hotel used to have security that worked there at night. It was very unfortunate. Fine they no longer had security on the premises..

I am very disappointed with this stay Orbitz! At $600 for two nights for two rooms, it was uncomfortable. We were in town for a funeral. The parking area was undesirable, not well lit and seemed unsafe. The room reeked of mold, the carpet felt damp, the toilet seat was broken, there were KNATS flying around in the bathroom and in the sink. It was gross and disgusting!

They have yet to release the deposition for the room and have been to weeks. I left The room in good standing for the refund to be sent back still no deposit.

We stayed two nights (Friday & Saturday). Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. My only complaint would be the loud cars and motorcycles racing on the main street Friday night.
