BED BUG INFESTED
DO NOT STAY HERE. We check in at 5 pm left at midnight. When I woke up to go to the bathroom and the wallpaper was folding up. Well out crawled a BEDBUG! We left immediately. The clerk couldn’t give me my money back because she wasn’t a manager. Came home put most of my stuff in the trash, and washed and put the other stuff in the dryer for hours. Hoping none got into our bag.

We booked this specific hotel because we wanted a pool and hot tub. But after we checked in we were told that the pool not the hot tub will be open during our stay. They said the heater is broken. And despite the pool area being closed it didn't stop the group of loud party goers that were poolside keeping us away half the night. The bed was comfortable and it was pretty clean so luckily we were able to sleep in. Luckily so because there was nothing else to do. Basically it was a big waste of a trip..

Outdated, Blah
The day was nice, it's a little outdated. But very clean. The staff and service was nice. Unfortunately the pool heater was broken so the pool was not available. No notice that the pool was broken. There was a lot of people drinking in the lobby, on the staircase and around the pool. It made it a little uncomfortable. There were also beer cans in the flower pots out front. So they definitely allow things to be a little bit more flexible and laid-back.

Room was what you paid for.
We were told pool was closed when we checked in. When the weekend arrived they allowed a group of people drink and play loud music until after mid ight for two nights. Pool was open but water was too cold to en. Staff was great, breakfast was okay. Would have been better not to have a room that looked over the i door pool.

The hotel in general terms is good. Unfortunately my room was cold due to a heater not functioning properly. The toilet had very low pressure. However, the hotel was very quiet and the staff was friendly

Amazing
We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay ! The staff all the way from beginning to the last day was exceptionally nice, welcoming, made you feel very comfortable. The very sweet gal that checked us in did everything to make us welc0med she even had to work mor ethan 24 hours dur to a snow/ice storm and did it with a big smile on her face everytime you saw her. Breakfast was delicious everyday. I even went out and fun sledding in the snow while there , visoted with other folks that was staying there everyone was just right down friendly. We was in town for a funeral and have never enjoyed our time like this considering the circumstances.

Our stay
This is the second time we have stayed here and was pleased each time. We did however miss the holiday decorations that we enjoyed last year. It must have been due to the new management. The staff was all extremely helpfull and friendly.

The property was overall OK. The hot tub was closed and had dirt in the bottom of it. The pool area had the lights shut off. The rooms were fair and the bathrooms needed a remodel. Overall, I think it was OK.
