Would stay again!
Front desk was efficiant and friendly. Resturant was good quality. Room was clean. Vanity was updated but heating and shower/toilet were outdated. Bed was firm and not comfortable since the pillows were light and too fluffy. Shuttle was great. For a quick one night stay would do again.

Lobby looks great but rooms are disgusting
Room was disgusting, filled with trash from whomever stayed there before us. Had to go out and buy cleaning products to clean surfaces and bathtub. Housekeeping was not helpful at all. Beds were uncomfortable and sheets were all ready stained. Pillows smelled like someone’s head — had to use to guest laundry ( which costs money ) to wash all bed sheets my self because housekeeping was the worst. Overall horrible stay.

Ended up here on a late misconnect. Figured a bed and shower Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

I got to the first room I was given only to find it in very poor condition (loose carpet trim, writing in the walls and lampshade, stained bathtub, dirty shower head, etc.). They moved me to a second room, but it wasn’t much better. The bedskirt had paint on it, the tub was just as stained, the bathroom doorknob was falling off, there was a dead bug on the windowsill, etc. They said they could move me to a different room (with a single king bed instead of two doubles), but having already been to two rooms I didn’t think a third would be any better. I stayed where I was but was disappointed at the condition of the rooms available at this hotel.
