We were in room 226 and it was above the loading docks, no matter the tep in the room the floor was really cold.
Parking was a nightmare, it was around the block with no access to the hotel because or construction, it was a maze and with 2 small kids with you it was less than good.there were only about eight oversized parking spaces on the main level for SUVs. SUVs will not fit on any of the other levels and people were parking their regular cars where they weren't supposed to, I had to wait quite a long time for a vehicle to move just so I could park my truck, nothing was enforced.
The pool was in another hotel! There was a small disclaimer on the website saying the pool access was closed but I didn't see it, it was not very obvious.
Not a good experience overall. If I hadn't had my kids with me I definitely would have moved hotels.
