I’ve actually contacted the hotel in email but I’ve yet to receive a response. Firstly, the air con wasn’t functioning properly and the room swung between hot and cold. There wasn’t a option to open a window or anything so that was pretty unpleasant. The water from the taps was opaque and when we attempted to have showers in the morning before leaving, we found it was broken and the lever wouldn’t stay up. I did call reception who offered us a room down the hall to shower on, but given we had to leave in the next half an hour that really wasn’t convenient. I was trying to explain that to reception but the phone literally fell apart in my hand, the cord coming out and not staying in. It would have been borderline comedic if we hadn’t just spent almost 150 dollars for hard beds in a hot room with undrinkable water and no showers. Oh also we got like 2 glasses between three people. Weird.
Anyway, you’d be better off staying in a hostel given you are t guaranteed being able to shower in your own room. I’ve asked for a partial refund, which I think is more than fair, and I’ll update when I hear back
