Excellent service as always. Always welcoming. Especially want to note the excellent baggage service—personnel are warm and quick to meet requests to weigh luggage etc. They make an extra effort to ensure one’s needs are met. Front desk staff is also very efficient and welcoming. Housekeeping is very responsive and dedicated. The hotel rooms need refreshing and updating but are clean and comfortable.

Very efficient staff and service. Good choice of restaurants. Had a peaceful time in the Spa.

This hotel looked exactly the same as for 10 years ago from my last visit. It do need some upgrading for still be a luxury hotel woth that pricing. So now it is not price value.
Hotelrooms are noise form Aircon and the noise from corridor.
The breakfast is not tempting and could be of a 3 star hotel.
